Extremely rude unproffesional staff called Diana Dear unprofessional Diana; Refusing to serve costumers won't solve the problem you have: lack of manners! Also, it will not teach you to deal how to solve disagreements and complaints. Furthermore, definitely will not improve your communication skills with costumers - the main skill to work as a barista. The most important matter, going further and disturbing all other customers in the premises just to agree with your rude costumer service attitude I believe is the most disturbing act I have seen lately. You may refuse to serve my friend also you may have the support of your manager to continue this type of unacceptable behaviour however this shop is not your private owned thus the consequences are looking bad in the long run. You may try to save your work place, which I understand, thus work on your baristas, communication and costumers skills. Moreover work on manners my dear rude Diana. Read moreAs a pregnant person I walked into the store to buy coffee for myself. I was really desperate to use the toilet before placing my order, the girls at the counter was so not helpful and rude. They tried accusing me that I was going to lie, use the toilet and not buy a coffee. By my body language they could see I was really struggling and still did not open the toilet door they forced me to first buy something. I understand they made be general rules in places however, I also believe that staff can be more understanding to a pregnant customer.
After purchasing my drink they allowed me to use the toilet. When I was out the toilet the drink was just about warm when I requested extra hot. I was still thanking the girls and tried ignoring the situation, they decided to whisper at each other and made a joke of me as they were directly looking at me and laughing at me!!!
I would never go back to that store as I felt really uncomfortable and I believe the behaviour of the staff was not acceptable. Wrote a bed review about you couple weeks ago because of your unprofessional behaviour, taking wrong order from other customers, throwing the coffee in front of the customers, not apologising for wrong order and talking to me in very rude way. Next time I went to the caff the manager of the shop approached me and telling me off why I wrote I bad review for his staff. His reason it will look bad on his managerial skills. Basically telling me you should have not wrote review of my observations. Otherwise this guy is a very good batista and good with customer. Visited the caff this morning, the same staff Diana refused to serve me, I asked someone else to serve me, she said she is the only one.
