Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

Assistant manager of this costa(Alice) is very rude to junior employees. She attached personally on profession and pointing finger every time when she talk to junior staff. She dont have any capability to be a manager of any staff .My fiancée started working there from last 3 days and she is new to country and it was her first job. Because of her new girl in the country had very bad experience of work in uk. Its affected her mental and confidence.

I hope senior manager of Alice can look into this matter. Because i checked other reviews and they also had same complains...

This is the second time I have been to this branch recently, and I noticed the atomsphere changing from ambient to very tense when the manager was trying to demonstrate to a member of staff how to make a drink. She started by saying no not like this in a rude way to the staff very abruptly. The poor lady was just taking the abusive treatment. I remember this manager serving me a few years a go and she was rude to me and I stopped going in this branch. The is issue here with this manager.
