I'm so disappointed to write this review. I visited here for dinner mid week with my partner after finding this place on Google after craving a good Pho and seeing all the good reviews plus it's local. The food was good although they did run out of all Summer Rolls on the menu but it was mid week so I guess it was understandable. We had Bao Buns which were amazing! The dumplings were just ok, the Pho was really good, decent portion for the price (£8.50) although not the best I've ever had but good enough to want to go back again! The next week we came back with my kids on a Saturday and OMG it was awful! The staff had no idea what was going on because orders kept coming in and they were clearly stressed (not their fault I admit). They ran out of quite a lot on the menu again which was annoying. The Bao Buns again were good, the Summer Rolls decent. However, the Pho was actually awful. We ordered x3 and he said he could split one Pho into to bowls for my kids as they wouldn't finish one each. He brought theirs out in takeaway pots which were small bowls and we thought 'that makes sense as they're sharing a portion'. Then our full portions were brought out in the same size TINY bowls. Considering we'd been here a week earlier and had bowls with twice the amount for the same price it was literally a shock! There was NO flavour in these either it was just so bland. I've added pics of the tiny bowls and you can see the size in comparison to our hands but it was a joke. I bought x3 Pho bowls, x2 portions of bao buns, 1 summer roll and x2 small bubble teas which was just over £50. A complete waste of money! Overall I wouldn't come back again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come and I wouldn't even risk giving it another chance. The best thing about this place is the free PacMan machine at the front :( So disappointing. Management need to get a new bubble tea sealing machine as both times we visited it would beep and they had issues with it.

Ordered 2 large milk tea with bubbles, one large fruit tea with bubble and jelly topping. It costed £15. I was not sure how it came to that price. I think it's overcharged but there is a long queue and the girl looked like she's stressed, so I let it go. She proceeded to make them. The first one she gave us was a short cup, and I wondered if we actually got a large one. I queried her, and she said it's regular one. She went to check on the order then said she needed to refund as it's charged as regular. I told her we wanted large. She proceeded to make a large one. By then the queue was getting longer, and although she was still working fast, it's obvious how much pressure she felt. Heck, I would have been too! She then asked if the fruit tea was large as well because apparently she made regular one on that too. I said no, it's supposed to be large too, but it's ok, just give me what you made because I don't want you to waste it. She then said, I'm just going by what's in the system. I didn't say anything as it's obvious she's feeling defensive. We left with two large and one regular that costed £15. I think that's really expensive. The good thing though, they taste nice. The bad thing, the jelly got stuck on the straw. Using the straw I only managed to drink the tea. See photos. Fortunately I am taking it home, so I got spoon to eat them. Message for management: please don't let the girl manage the shop alone on a Saturday afternoon when it's likely to be very busy. All the mistakes is because she doesn't want to make people wait too long. It's not fair for her. I didn't want to make a fuss being over charged because I pitied her. But you need to get your stuff together. I know this first experience at your shop may not be representative of your usual service, but I don't think I will go back anytime soon. On the other hand, I do hope you will manage it better and you will continue to survive because the products are lovely.

The best part about small, family-run businesses is how personal they are. I discovered Keke & Koko by pure chance on the way to West Ruislip station, and I ended up having a lovely chat with David, the owner, as he made me a delicious bubble tea - the colour of his clothes even matched his bright decor, which was commitment! With pho, bubble tea, gelato and candy floss on offer, this is delightful restaurant shop that is definitely worth checking out.

It sells a wide variety of ice creams , a wide variety of bubble tea and smoothies , slushies and candy floss.there is also love heart sweets ,half of it is a beauty bar and the other half is a resteraunt ,there is outdoor seating but warning it gets very busy .in the resteraunt they have a nice the weeknd playlist going on whose one of the most popular artists today.they have some lovley plants planted outside ,there is lots of connections with busses such as 278,u10,u1 and school sevices of the 697 and the 698.so its easilly acsessible from those bus routes.the passionfruit lemonade which evreyone seemed to get without the alcahol is absoloutley out of this world theres bubbles, ice cubes for a nice hot summers day, limes and even peppermint. the drinks refreshing...
