Cottage peri peri — Restaurant in London

Found a hair in my burger yesterday. Drove all the way back to the shop to show the lady who works there. The member of staff was very rude not accepting that the hair was from the burger even though my head was covered with a hijab and the hair was found inside the burger and I bit into it which made me take out the hair from my mouth and place it straight in to the box to bring back to the fast food . Bad customer service member of staff arguing with the customer and speaking in our own language. She was not wearing a hair net and only a cap so her hair was possible to fall from the back of the head plus her hair was coming out not fully covered from the ears area. Other customers had to get involved to sort this matter out as she was keep on shouting in her own language.

I would not recommend this fast food place as a business is built on good quality food and good customer service.

Our burger had some bits of pink inside too which put me off. Asked sauces to the male staff and he was moody too. I’m sorry manage of this business if you are going to run a business have staff who have good customer skills who will help you promote the business. We bought from here many times because food is OK, until I noticed the Halal certificate is from Poland. Why is a UK food outlet operating with Polish halal certificate? I have serious doubts about this. I met the owner, he is not Muslim. Most of the staff is not Muslim too. I have stopped buying. Best food! Always freshly cooked meat and crunchy salad. Never had such a good jalapeño cream cheese! Highly recommend as you will get pipping hot chips not some old stuff. Dont bother with dixi and their half raw fold. its cant be mentioned on same page. We eat from here regularly dont have even a single complaints. Would give more than...
