Couleur Cafe BRUNCH — Restaurant in London

I regularly get my morning coffee and pastry from Couleur Cafe - it's a beautiful cafe right in the centre of Barking. The food, drinks and atmosphere are all amazing. The service is impeccable and the owner who runs this cafe is incredibly kind and welcoming.

I've also come to have brunch on the weekends alone or with friends. It's great place to read or hang out whilst enjoying delicious, freshly-prepared brunch (my favourites are the All English Breakfast and Avocado Toast with eggs).

Another big plus for me is that this place is dog friendly, which means that my little Mabel can accompany me and enjoy a puppuchino whilst I drink my coffee (her favourite).

PS: To the reviewer who left a one star review claiming that there's dogs running around and barking uncontrollably - that is simply not the case. I was actually in the cafe (with my dog) around the same time this customer left a review - my little Mabel did get a fright and barked when another dog came in, but that situation was resolved in probably 5 minutes. I have tried various food at this place, I do not mind paying high price for good food, the chicken bap is very little chicken cut into tiny little pieces with a massive bap not worth the price, This cafe is way overpriced, I wanted jacket potato it was priced at £9.50 with tuna, cheese and salad, I asked for just tuna with my jacket potato yet they insisted paid the same £9.50, the seats are very uncomfortable there, no ambiance or atmosphere it seems they are only interested charging way over the top price for Barking, they have no sympathy for people struggling, the coffee shop next to entrance of vicarage field I would recommend, Jacket potato with 3 fillings £6.50 Shame I miss the previous owners had a good selection of good quality food, they looked after the regulars as I frequent there 3/4 days a week. I hate to leave reviews but I was slightly annoyed by this place. I ordered a jacket potato for 10.50. That’s right 10.50. But they gave me tuna instead of Cajun chicken which is what I was asked for. The lady that handed it to me didn’t say a word just sort shoved the bag to me. Look I know how hard it is to work in these sort of places but I really did not want to eat flippin tuna with beans that day. Anyways I got back to my workplace 10 min later find the tuna beans mess.
