KTKC Restaurant — Restaurant in London

Very bad customer service. They don't know how to say thank you/or apologyse. In particular one young slim bearded man (quite low pitched voice). He is very rude and does not care about the customers. A few days ago I went to this restaurant and tried to order a meal. The concerned staf memeber was chating to another friend of his and at the same he was searching for something on his phone. He just ignored my presence for over 5 min, and then finally he took my order . He did not look at me neither apologysed for keeping me waiting. The restarant was quite empty that evening. After making an order I waited patiently for my food for over 25 min. Then finally the concerned boy asked me whether I ordered a small shish kebab, and I said 'yes'. He completely forgot about my order,and I am not surpised because he was multi tasking when taking my order . He did not bother to apologyse for forgetting my order. He just said this can happen. I demanded my money back ,and I told him that I will give a bad review because his customer service skills are appalling. He said he doesn't f.... care. and told me never return to this restayrant because he does not like people like me. I told that he should be ashamed of himself; instead of apologying he is swearing. Then I was forced out of the restaurant. I remember when initially this Kurdish restaurant opened I got so excited and wanted to support this business. I went there few times in the past before this incident. Ofcourse I will never go...

Do not ever order from this place ever I just placed a order on Uber eats sat here waiting and waiting only for the driver to confirm he has dropped off food when he hasent when I called the restraunt thinking that there would be a respectfull customer service in place I was kidding Myself I was told by someone disrespectful co worker that he can’t do nothing it’s not b his fault he can’t call the driver meaning you have employees you work for that you don’t have contact details for very suspicious and not safe for customers and was rudely Told while laughing after I said I want to speak to someone who had customer service traning considering you work in hospitality that he anit and don’t want To do anything so I’m with out my money nor my meal I will be popping into store to complain to a manger if he thinks you can treat humans this way I will Be complaing for the lack of empathy and they wonder why there food cost is low and establishment won’t over exceed its competitors is because you have no Customer service In place and clearly need more traning

You did me a favour in future just go and pay for that extra for better food and service
