Not sure what's changed at Creams in Bexleyheath but it's gone downhill. I have an idea - it's the staff. They used to be very welcoming, friendly and acknowledge you. However this time around it was the complete opposite.

I turned up and was stood for 5 minutes by the front door waiting to be seated. Nobody bothered to even acknowledge me let alone serve me. After 5 minutes, I took it upon myself to ask one of the guys who was wiping a table down whether I could have a table.

After 5 minutes of seating, I went to the counter to order for me and my partner. I was again stood there for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or taking my order.

There were 5 staff behind the counter so it's not as if one person was manning the front. In those 10 minutes, I saw the staff basically not caring about their role, presentation of their deserts and carelessly lift the lids of the smoothie machine without turning j it off. Burnt waffles left on the side and still left in the machines - which they probably would have served seeing their lacklustre approach. Silly, entitled girls - it came across

It became quite funny actually to see how much they didn't care. At that point, I really didn't mind not being served because I wasnt ever going to eat there. Poor service, poor attitude, poor work ethic.

I recommend everyone reading this to go next door to Kaspas where the level of service is miles better than what was provided at Creams. Disappointing because it was never like this.

Next time, I'm down Bexleyheath, I'll pop into Kaspas even if they have a 30 min wait.

Get better staff who care about customer service otherwise they'll go next door and you won't...

What a joke of a place, the management should be so disappointed, but then again the manger was the biggest problem with the place.

First of the guy that took our order was lovely no issues there, very helpful.

Then we find out some time after we paid that they had no vegan waffle mix, this is crazy as it costs more than the other vegan options they have and we wasn't offered anything extra for this untill I asked.

All the tables were dirty so I had to wack of the baby wipes and clean the table.

I didn't get given and napkins with the dessert, what am I meant to do wipe my hands and mouth of my jumper... Poor customer service

The vegan cookie dough tasted like sand and when I complained about this I was met with eye rolls from a dessert maker and arguements from the manager.

The customer is always right, I being a restaurant manager myself never complain in a rude manner as I wouldn't like that myself but this place is failing hard because of the managements lack of customer service skills.

I was not expecting gourmet food but I would like something edible, this manager needs to learn how to talk to customers and the dessert maker needs it too.

They should all take a leaf out of his book (the young guy at...

Ordered on just eat, purchase two berry smoothies and one cookie dough. My order came and I was given two tropical smoothies instead of the berry. Obviously very unhappy I called up and told them what had happened. Straight away without me hardly finishing my sentence the lady on the phone cut me off saying “I’m sorry about that” as if she knew it had happened already. I proceeded to ask about how they were to resolve this and all I got back was, you can refund or order something else on just eat and we’ll send it along with the smoothies. I work in restaurant business and know full well that they don’t have drivers at hand but the lack of respect this lady showed towards me about my issue left me infuuriated. Ended up having to get a refund on just eat and ended up with two smoothies I dislike. They expected me to pay more more to buy something else in order to get my correct items. It’s ridiculous, one smoothie is red and the other is yellow there should have been multiple checks in bagging an order and the bag is not fully closed so you’d even be able to see it’s a yellow smoothie when giving it to the driver. Very disappointing and such a lack of service...

It wasn't busy yet staff struggled with a simple order. Being out 1 of the order then forgetting about the rest of us 10 mins later I had to ask for the rest of our food. A few more mins and 2 more of our order was brought to the table. A good 5 mins and I asked where my food was. Once everyone had almost finished I finally got my food. I ordered the hot and cold volcano. I guess where they had me waiting so long it was now cold. The staff were busy walking drinks to peoples tables. This is why the food was late. My daughter got a coke and was told she couldn't have it. To take a seat and it would be brought over ? A complete waste of time as what they brought over was a sealed bottle she had to return to the counter to ask for it to be opened the whole process took about 5 minutes when they could have just handed it to her at the till save themselves the time of walking it to the table and got on with making people's food

Shared awesome waffles with icecream and toppings. After a great dinner we walked a few doors down from the restuarant and went into Creams Cafe for Dessert. Service was quick and the waffles were tasty and fun. The menu is quite extensive and choice of ice cream flavours were numerous. Was not a fan of the extremely heavy and dark purple colour theme of the Cafe, was too much visual overload for me. But then, I assume it's the vibe they are trying to create. Otherwise, we enjoyed our massive dessert dishes. Very yummy.

This place has really improved since my previous visit (few months back) The staff are a lot more efficient and the service is fast. The place reasonably clean and tidy. Very friendly staff who are happy to assist if somethings not quite right. Dessert sizes are very good and there is a very large selection of different toppings and ice cream flavours. There is wheelchair access and room for buggies.
