I paid £26 for three waffles and one scoop of ice cream (two of the waffles with added chocolate). I was treating my brothers and their friend and when I saw the price I thought wow, this place is most definitely not worth the money. I came here because I heard it was good years ago. I guess “years ago” may be the key thing here. If I wasn’t with their friend I simply wouldn’t have paid that price. This place is not selling anything unique when it comes to flavours or the food they are selling. I could’ve got these items from the supermarket for much cheaper. I’m actually shocked that a dessert costs more than a meal in some other restaurants. It’s laughable because the seats and decor is falling apart (you can see for yourself in the pictures). I don’t mind paying for something that is pricey if it’s worth it, such as: if the service is impressive, there is a great atmosphere or even if the place is modern/freshly refurbished. I can confidently confirm it did not meet any of this criteria and I would never visit again. P.s even the children mentioned the menu’s were sticky - not very nice.

This Creams branch had to be there worst Creams branch I’ve ever visited. The service was slow, the staff seemed un-interested, and the desserts were not great. The ice creams were missing and they had a very few gelatos to choose from. We had to wait quite a while for our desserts even though the shop was empty. We ordered a red velvet and chocolate mix cake with icing, an Oreo waffle and a biscoff waffle. The red velvet cake was very nice but the slice was quite small. The Oreo waffle was good however the white chocolate that they drizzle over the top was definitely not white chocolate, and if it was then it was gone off. The biscoff waffle was decent. I love Creams so I was very disappointed when I went to this Creams and tasted the desserts that we ordered. I know Creams is a very good dessert place as it is my top choice for a dessert parlour. But this branch really needs help. I will not be coming to this branch ever again.

Not great experience. I have not tried their gelatos but their coffee was NOT good. I asked for a double machiato and specified that it should be strong and not to add touch milk. A good barista should know to just add foam to a machiato. However, I was called over when the coffee was ready and asked to pour over the milk myself, to suit my taste. I sensed disaster, but it was too late to cancel the order. I left with the coffee, had a couple of sips and I knew my instincts were right. The coffee was indeed bad. I dumped it in a nearby bin, which is a shame because the staff are actually polite, just ,best not to get your coffee there.

I’m not going to spend my time being polite here as I usually am as this is about my son. My MENTALLY DISABLED SON!!! We walked past your store yesterday (which I usually take my kids to often as it’s such a lovely store) and my son who’s ten next week really needed to go to the toilet. He has a mental disability and the part of his brain that is affected doesn’t let him know when he needs a toilet and it happens suddenly, causing him to need a wee urgently. We were passing your store and he told me he needed to go so I told him to ask your staff politely if he can use the toilet. I let him go in by himself and he rushed in. I waited for him outside. He walks out moments later crying saying that your staff had denied him use of the toilet because he didn’t buy anything. Are you fing for real? My son is ten almost. I’m not going to give him money to buy a poxy Ice cream so he can use your toilet. The fact that your staff denied a mentally disabled child the use of the toilets is downright disgusting. Denying any child use of a damn toilet is ridiculous!! I’m upset and angry because I saw my child crying and was about to wee himself in his school uniform in front of customers at the w7 bus stop. I was furious and heart broken. I told him to go and take a pss up your shop because of how rude and disgusting your staff treated my MENTALLY DISABLED CHILD! He didn’t wee up your shop. Instead he had to pee behind the bus stop shelter in front of people. Then to save the embarrassment I had to explain that he has a mental disability and your staff denied him toilet access so he had no where to go!!! Safe to say you’ve lost loyal customers... Ps change your staff because they have no compassion, no care. They don’t care for kids So you’ve lost my respect and I also...

Service: Appalling service. Service staff are not pleasant and boss you around as to where they want you to sit e.g. They always want you to sit in the front and next to the windows (I guess they think that's a way of attracting passers by, by showing how busy they are). We got seated and the table was unclean, which the lady offered to clean but was huffing and puffing while cleaning it saying "you shouldn't come in here, but wait at the entrance to be seated".

Food: The desserts are really poor quality and in particular the ice creams and cakes. They are nothing short of having been mass produced with poor quality ingredients with just a lot of sugar. One cannot differentiate between different flavours of ice cream because of the overwhelming sugar content and very little of whatever the flavour it is meant to be.

The waffles are freshly prepared and nice, but it doesn't work when you have fresh waffles and poor quality toppings on it.

Recommendations: Change your supplier for ice creams and cakes Ensure you go through a tasting exercise for every product you add to your menu You charge a premium, so consider getting premium products, people care about quality of food, NOT quantity Get a better quality of...

It was the first time I ordered from creams as my family and I usually go to Afters. I have to say, I’ve had the worst experience possible. I paid just around £55 for my whole families desserts and being today is Eid which is a joyous occasion, we were all looking forward to it with a movie.

To my dissapointment, once our desserts arrived, I discovered that our milkshakes were half full. One milkshake had a slit in the cup which left only 3/4 of the whole cup contents still intact! The packaging of the desserts was incredibly sloppy and was drenched in the milkshake itself.

I had ordered separately a cookie dough dessert with a side of ice cream which arrived solely as a cookie dough dessert without any ice cream whatsoever. I am incredibly furious by this as I specifically ordered this outside of the bundles which were available to ensure I definitely received ice cream with the dessert.

On top of this, the milkshakes tasted very watered down and did not taste like the £6 or so I paid for them! Maybe I would’ve had a different experience if I attended the dessert bar itself but having ordered, I did have much higher expectations. Very disappointed and feel like I’ve...
