Disappointing First Visit – Poor Communication and Service I visited this café for the first time with three business partners. We ordered coffee, sandwiches, and cake, expecting to have a quick bite before heading out. Just a few minutes after placing our order, a staff member suddenly shouted from the counter that the café was closing in two minutes. There were no visible signs on the door or inside the café indicating the closing time (which we later realized was 5:30 PM). In a busy area where most cafés stay open until 7 or 8 PM, we naturally assumed the same here. Before we could even finish our food, a staff member came to our table with a visibly irritated expression and told us again that they were closing. The whole interaction felt abrupt and unwelcoming — especially uncomfortable as I was with business guests. It felt quite embarrassing to leave mid-meal like that. I strongly suggest the management put up a clear sign with the closing time at the entrance and perhaps provide a more courteous reminder to customers nearing closing hours. Very rude staff if I was the owner I would sack the personal working there. I have been to alot of places it was my first visit to this branch. We sat at our seats I asked where the wc was I was stopped to say you have to buy something I said yes my friends seated my stuff is there go and take the order im coming to give mine 2. I was rudly spoken to and told I have to spend befor I go to the wc I said OK go to.the tablet start with taking mh friends order I was in a rush they said no. I said OK you don't want my business I will go Starbucks. I have told all my friends that live in the area no one will go there. Its very bad as the the place.lookes nice owners business strategy is nice but staff are very bad 👎 I would replace them as there pushing customers from spending or even coming in to sit outside. Staff gave me the impression they don't want customer to come so.they push them out with there attitude 😤. I am.wrting this post for the owner he or she has spent alot of money it would be sad to see it all go away beacuse of staff that are rude or not profesional.
