Not even worthy of a star ⭐️ . The employees seemed as if they didn’t even want to help or provide any service at all to us as if our presence was bothering them. This didn’t surprise me as the whole shop was empty and we was the only costumers until another couple joined. Service was terrible and the young man on till seemed as if it was a nuisance to take our order... when our order was finally taken we sat on the table to wait for our deserts and the waitress brought over our deserts with no cutlery or tissue. In previous creams or kaspas I have been to the cutlery is brought with the desert wrapped in tissue! She said while doing this cutlery’s near the door go and collect it. On the bright side the desert didn’t take long and was brought to us super fast... After we have collected our cutlery and have started to eat it is blatant that the waffles was not cooked throughly, as the inside of the waffle was like mash potatoes. My friend called an employee to come over for a spoon and he didn’t understand English at all he said one second I’m gonna call the manager. She said no oh no need... spoon please. Then he understood and went and got the spoon which was kind of him. We saw a Caucasian manager young man sleeping on the table where costumers eat and then when he saw the employee who didn’t speak English struggling at the till he woke up to assist him then completely take over and do our order himself... that could be why he was behaving as if it was a nuisance to take our order. I’d never go back here and I wouldn't recommend this creams. No service, no welcome, no desire to want to help you. The whole time we was there we just felt like a burden to them and we couldn’t even complete our desert after feeling sick because it wasn’t cooked properly and cold. My friend says her belly was hurting....

Really appalling service. It had clearly been busy but was not when we arrived. At least 5-6 staff, but zero organisation or concern about customer service. We arrived and although many of the tables were empty, all were covered in dirty plates and mess. Asked the staff to clear a table so me, my sister and her 3 children (2, 5, 12) could sit down. Ordered at the bar - food and drinks. Waited. Waited. Waited. One food order came but no drinks. The first food was nearly finished before the second order came out with half the drinks. Waited. Waited. Waited for the third order and rest of the drinks. By now 2 of the children had completely finished their food. Reminded the waitress SEVERAL times. Eventually the 3rd food order came. Still no remaining drinks. No cutlery either. When the sundae arrived, it was put on the table, and the waitress simply said ‘You?’, looking at my sister. She clearly missed her class at charm school. One waitress was apologetic about the issues and offered us free food or drink. As we had already now eaten, we didn’t want more food so we just asked for the remaining drinks, a coffee and a coke. We waited. Waited. Waited. The coke arrived but the remaining drinks and free coffee (to apologise for the appalling service) never ever arrived.

Shocking service. The staff, especially the manager, literally have no customer service...

Had a terrible experience recently. After waiting to be seated for some time, others in the queue gave up and seated themselves, as did we. I placed our order and after 10 minutes 1 part of our order came out - a standard milkshake. We then waited a further 20 minutes before going to the counter to check what was happening with the rest of our order. It then slowly came out one at a time over the course of another 10 minutes. However we're still missing an item. I spoke at the counter again to be told no that's everything you have your order. I proved this wasn't correct and had our last item brought over. None of these several trips to our table came with cutlery despite us asking many time. My son's was the last item to come out and thankfully he was so patient and polite however understandably disappointed that everyone had their deserts but him. Overall we spent well over an hour here and not by choice. The shop wasn't particularly busy but I do believe there were many deliveroo orders going out. I understand this is part of the business but I'd hope with custom in your store we would receive the customer care experience too. The toilets had no soap, only broken empty bottles of hand sanitizer and no toilet roll.
