My recurrent experiences with Crystal Kebab have been nothing short of a culinary nightmare. It's become a perplexing routine where, without fail, they manage to mess up our orders every single time. One would think that after multiple mishaps, a restaurant would take corrective action, but alas, Crystal Kebab seems immune to improvement.
The most egregious offense, among many, is their consistently inaccurate billing. We've repeatedly been charged for a large order, only to receive a paltry serving of small chips. It's a deceptive practice that not only leaves a bitter taste in my mouth but also raises questions about the integrity of their business. If they can't get something as fundamental as billing right, what else might be awry in their operation?
What exacerbates the frustration is their standard response – a seemingly scripted apology. They express regret for the inconvenience caused, but it has become glaringly evident that these apologies are nothing more than lip service. They are a hollow attempt to pacify irate customers without any genuine commitment to addressing the root cause of the problem.
It's disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The refusal to rectify their repeated errors speaks volumes about the lack of accountability within the establishment. One might expect a reputable restaurant to value customer feedback and take proactive measures to ensure a positive dining experience. Unfortunately, Crystal Kebab falls woefully short of these expectations.
In a market where competition is fierce and diners have numerous options, it's bewildering that a restaurant can afford to dismiss the importance of accurate orders and customer contentment. The consistency of their errors, coupled with the insincere apologies, paints a dismal picture of a business that appears more interested in profit than in delivering a quality dining experience.
In summary, if you're in the market for a reliable and customer-focused dining establishment, Crystal Kebab should be approached with caution. The repetitive blunders, coupled with the lack of corrective action, make it a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a hassle-free and satisfying...
Read moreI’ve visited this place today .. I have mixed feelings about this place . The soup I had was very nice , the service was fine from the waitress from there but the old chef on front wasn’t friendly at all .. He makes you feel you’re not welcome here . I asked extra garlic and chilli in my soup and he was complaining why I requested too much .. 🤷🏽♂️ I’m the customer I pay for what I order I don’t understand why he create a drama about it ..
Secondly I had Lahmacun wrap which cost £4.50 include salad .. I asked them to put a few chunk or just a bit of lamb donner in it as well ..
The chef actually charged me additional £10.50 ( donner wrap price ) for that .. when I asked why he charged nearly £15 for that Wrap he said this is how we charging for that . I don’t mind he saying okay I’ll put some extra meet for you and charge a £5 .. fair enough. I didn’t ask for free .. normally anywhere I ask for that they do free or ask me £2 .. It’s a shame the guy who work on front can’t handle customers .. the soup was tasty but because the way he treat me today I wouldn’t back .. Honestly you can find Turkish food literally every street in London this days .. The competition market are huge .. But the guy clearly didn’t care about it so if they don’t give a s… why should I..
Top on that the lamb meet was looking nice but was fatty chewy meet didn’t taste that good the bread I had was dry and minimum day old to be honest . I know much better places in London where you get respect as customer so I’ll keep my regular places .. shame … I found only one car park left side I paid £10.20 for 40 minutes car parking .. 1 hour cost you £12.40 around .. They must know that isn’t even easy or cheap or park around if I run that place I would offer a few chunk of meet or something to show respect you’re still coming here ..
Anyway I’m clearly on different level with my 8 yrs hospital...
Read moreTerrible service and VERY belittling! I ordered a lamb kebab wrap take away all was fine, once i'd left and opened it i found the wrap was just full of fat! Really too much fat as every mouthful was squidgy and chewy so I thought do I go back or not...as it was £8 I thought let me go back, I walked in and said sorry I'm not happy as it has far to much fat in and I can't eat it, the guy looked at me and said "oh you again, you do this all the time it's the second time this week" I was amazed as I haven't EVER been in there before but due to the my usual kebab shop undergoing renovations I thought let's try it, BIG ERROR. The 2 guys made me feel so small in front of the waiting customers it was terrible customer service, they were talking in thier mother tongue and looking at me then laughing then the other guy repeated the 1st guy saying "you always do this" I Said I've never been here before why are you laughing at me? They made me feel like I had done something wrong but what am I supposed to do if I'm not happy, just loose £8 and not give my feed back, a customers feed back? It was all very embarrassing and totally unprofessional to treat a customer this way believe me I work in customer service and its upsetting that I was handled in...
