CUORE (Italian Deli & Coffee Shop) — Restaurant in London

I don't know, who is those people, who seat there time, after time, because the personal is very non careful to entering customers. May be they locals, and accept that type of service, may be it's new ones every time, and it was my the last visit. This shop is on my way to my Italian friend, and i decided to buy some delicatessen, like couple of time before. Both time not happy with service, but acceptable. This time, there was a big guy, as allways, scrolling his phone, giving zero attention to me, and a young lady, doing cup coffee for ages. After a polite period of waiting time, i rise my hand, to catch some attention, to know, is the product, i need, is avialable, to know, shall i wait more, untill the big guy will realise, that some more customer in shope, or the young lady could answer my question, while still doing that complicated coffee, she spoken first, like, "can't you see, i'm making coffee?!". Of cause, without saying a single word, to avoid some more insult, or something like that, i left the shop, despite selection of delicatessen looks good for...

Magic place, I wanted to run away just for few minutes, out of bussy London, and find this place, just entered, and warm welcome just blast me out of hectic enviroment, to rural Italy, all includet, coffee, wines, cakes, all in one, here in Willesden green, Christmas is coming, and you can get here REAL Italian presents. My first shot of Latte was miracle, hot, beuntyfull, and fast, im Vegetarian, so they offered cheese Croasain option,and guess what: asked do I want it warm, yes sir! Fantastic, as it should be, amaizing, then i proceed with mozzarella pizza, it was just like out of oven, rigth from heard of amaizing personality, wich makes here special Italian aura. No this place is not for you, if you don't respect Italian tradition, respect it, and you will get everything, nice place, hudge windows, drink your coffee and gaze at action in other side. On the front door, I found a picture, that dog is missing, little mops, omg so cute, so warm, thank you for double espresso, instead of "Americano". Highly...

Very rude, we are usually local customers and come here every so often. My elderly father had walked all the way here and wanted to sit in this specific coffee shop. We arrived around 4.20 (their closing time is 5) and said he was cleaning the coffee machine so he would not serve us any hot drinks. I even asked for just tea if not coffee (as hot water will not make his machine dirty and he could easily just wipe the water (as he was still in middle of cleaning). I understand if this was 10 minutes before closing however in this scenario he had 40 minutes of work left. As we had walked all the way here, I did not have the heart to tell him he will not serve us. I had to settle for orange juice instead and felt very unwelcome in the cafe as he practically ignored us - even when my dad said thank you as we left. Really disappointed in your service and not what I expect...
