DC Peri Peri — Restaurant in London

I work very close to some well known peri peri chicken shops but I'll always travel out of my way for DC. The owner and staff are very friendly and their kitchens look very clean.

I love the menu variety although im a creature of habit and opt for the same thing each time. Chips are delicious, like chip shop chips and ask for the special chilli sauce which is my favourite.

Love the peri peri burger, I always order it extra juicy and the owner makes it to my liking.

I would suggest calling at least 20 minutes to place your order before collection, otherwise you might have to wait if its very busy.

Usually in store it can take 10/15 minutes if you order in.

The chicken shop was an absolute amazing — the food was fresh, flavourful, and cooked to perfection, with crispy wings that made every bite satisfying. The seasoning was spot on, and the chips were golden and generous in portion. But what made the experience even better was the people; the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, treating every customer like a regular. It had that proper local vibe — laid-back but full of energy, and you could tell they took pride in both their food and their service.

It's okay honestly. Food is quite fresh (although it takes a bit long to make), the service is pretty good for a chicken shop and the home delivery is what you expect. The aspect that i feel like it might be lacking in is hygiene. It is extremely dirty in certain places of the store (do take this with a pinch of salt as i didn't see the condition in the kitchen).
