Our experience at Karak lounge started off great. We received great service from 1 individual. However, after he left everything went down hill. We ordered a few items on the menu. Unfortunately, items were missing and the quality of the food was just satisfactory.

We ordered desserts (waffles and ice cream) and had to chase up on them 3 times. We were told that the manager is on his way and he will bring the desserts with him? We also ordered Karak chai. Even though there were hardly any customers, the waffles came 1 hour and 20 minutes later and we received them cold. The karak chai which followed tasted absolutely rank.

When we recieved our bill we asked the waitress to remove the service charge. She reacted as if we were asking to have the whole bill removed. She said " Sir, service charge is compulsary and it cannot be removed" luckily, we knew our rights and had it removed immediately. As we were leaving, we received bitternes from the manager and...

My first visit to the Salt Bar restaurant was a delightful experience! We ordered the small mixed grill for £12, which was a generous portion containing two succulent kebabs, two perfectly cooked chicken wings, two tender lamb pieces, two flaky fish pieces, and a large, flavourful lamb chop. It was cooked just right with a warm and aromatic blend of spices – truly delicious! We enjoyed it so much we decided to order an extra portion. For our main meal, we shared a fragrant Lamb biryani, flavourful bindi (okra), rich Keema, plump king prawns, and a wonderfully garlicky chilli naan. Everything was exceptionally well prepared and utterly delicious. The staff were also polite and attentive, adding to the positive experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the welcoming atmosphere at the...

Horrible horrible experience. Manager (Bagir) was useless and refused to change a keema naan to keema roti due to my friends allergies. Whiskies took forever! Peanuts were extremely salty, double plate of tandoori platter was cold! Manager was an outright idiot and has no customer service skills, rude and dismissive. Been coming here for a couple of years and this is how we get treated, frankly a joke! I sure hope the owner sees this, contact me and I’ll tell you exactly what you need to do! Speaker didn’t work, football not in HD. NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ALL! On the only positive note, Bella was awesome and really looked after us and was on the back front from minute one but made...

I love this place, its pretty much become my go to venue. The staff are all lovely and very tentative. I always receive a warm welcome when I go but that could be because I go alot lol. The shisha is amazing and you are never rushed to leave. The food, don't even get me started on the food. AMAZING. Everything is beautiful and full of flavour you can't get enough. I'm not a massive fan of spicy but they have mastered the perfect mixed of really spicy and this taste way to good to stop eating it. Whether you are on a date, chilling with friends or just want to chilling alone. This is the perfect venue. A hidden gem in Harrow.
