Dolce Italia — Restaurant in London

I recently organized my daughter's birthday with her friends at Dolce Italia. The staff at the restaurant was very helpful and dealt with girls in the best manner, picking every request and turning around promptly including playing songs with changing preferences every 2-3 minutes by daughter's friends.

At party, we had tomato basil soup, bruschetta and pizza, each of which was done well. All girls liked the food with one saying pizza was far better than what neighboring Domino’s does :)

The place has a good menu and is decently priced. Beyond pizza, I tried Salmon fish and my wife had calzone which were pretty good.

The restaurant is worth a visit and I am sure one wouldn’t be disappointed anytime. My daughter was keen to provide a positive feedback from her party's experience...

Food okay staff ok but they are not good on special occasions or events like valentines day The menu they picked was not a good idea wasn’t a lot of vegetables or vegans ones. One man walking around taking orders and trying to keep up with the orders the other man was glasses on did nothing staying at the bar on his phone sometimes he would walk around making it look like he’s doing something. It was my first time here I’m not coming back. Because it was valentine’s Day They put the price up on their menu. Would was ok but the food and the service wasn’t good for that price. A family of 4 with kids walked in at 7pm didn’t get their orders taken until 7:45pm. 45 minutes waiting for someone...

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant and have always enjoyed their pizzas, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. The pizza I received looked like it was missing a piece, and when I called, the response was disheartening – they claimed there was nothing they could do. I also checked the app I used to order, and to my dismay, there was no option for a refund.
