We walked into the restaurant around 7pm today to get the buy one get one pizza for free . We have paid at the till and we double checked if she put the order through... she said don’t worry you will get 2 pizzas... we only got one pizza in the end and been told off YOU ONLY PAID FOR ONE ... we explained that we asked for the pay one get on pizza for free deal and has been confirmed it’s okay ... after explaining they asked very rudely if we want the second pizza for free .... we said no thank you as we been put through unnecessary stress due to unprofessional staff taking order and in the end we are been told off in a rude manner It’s a shame as We loved dominos ( even is not a cheap place )and is very close to where we live but I won’t go to this place again as it happened to us 3 times and we been treated very badly ....people working at the till should have costumer service trainings and if they don’t know how to talk to people nicely they shouldn’t work with...

He went to collect and was given half our order despite showing the staff our order number as they were busy arguing with another customer. Phoned to complain and initially told sorry we don’t deliver to your address. I said it’s not my fault our order was incorrect as staff distracted it was ordered for collection on way home from a 12 hr shift Im missing a pizza I’ve paid for can’t collect as suggested as Im putting a young child to bed.Reluctantly agreed to deliver missing pizza. I been ordering my pizza from here for years and never had problems, but the most recent last two orders I have had very bad experience.
First order, I had missing pizza slice. When called the branch, it was quickly resolved ( however I am still waiting on my refund so will need to update on this) but the lady on the phone was quite blunt. Her response to our issue was "what do you want us to do about this", I asked for refund which apparently was approved by the manager.
