Favorite Chicken & Ribs Croydon — Restaurant in London

I have been buying from favourite chicken lower addiscombe branch for a while now and only discovered today that they sell pork ribs without clearly stating on the menus. I feel disappointed and never to return again being deceived that it's a fully halal place to eat at. The extremely misleading advertisement would have led other Muslims in believing that it's a fully halal place and may have consumed the pork ribs because of such deliberate error. Franchise owner was kind enough to speak over the telephone but innocently put blame on head office for omitting pork from the ribs. I hope they rectify this grave error without misleading their customers. The pork ribs are kept next to BBQ chicken wings leading to further food contamination as you can see on the picture here. Sorry favourite chicken I won't be returning again.

Was going to buy a burger here yesterday but when I pulled up outside 2 guys were in there, neither had masks on and one of them put his hands to his mouth when he yawned then touched both door handles to look outside then went back to the counter and placed both hands on the surface. I won't go back here while Covid is still a problem and maybe never again out of principle.
