These guys have no manners. 2nd time in a row our food was late & cold. Delivery fee was zero, then it increased to £1.5 and now it is £3. Delivery speed has slowed down, pizza is always arriving cold recently. I can accept the food late but once the food is ready, please bring it straight to us. Our pizza was ready quickly as per the tracker showed, then the tracker showed 13 minutes for delivery. Then 10 mins later the tracker again showed 13 minutes for delivery. Rider location didn't change during this time on the live location map. Finally the rider started moving, he stopped at 2 locations before delivering the pizza to us. Once the rider arrived we asked him about the stops, he said he had multiple stops. Which will be fine, if my pizza arrived hot. Last time pizza was late, they wouldn't answer the phone. Finally when we received our order, we found a pizza which was from another order. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and they gave us someone else's non veg pizza. We tried to call, but no answer. Next day we got an e-mail saying, sorry we were late, have a free pizza on us. Dominos - i don't want a free pizza, when i place an order deliver my food to me on time and hot. If you want to charge for delivery, atleast upgrade the delivery speed or hire...

Large Half and half, to which the half with reduced fat cheese had 3 slices with cheese slid off onto the remaining 2. Leaving 3 pizza slices with just tomato sauce & 2 with all the topping.
Rang up to see if we could get a small cheese pizza sent up as a replacement, but as 1 slice had been eaten by my partner from his half, the lady on the said no (not her fault, I know someone was advising her as she had to keep putting me on hold.) The other option was a free pizza next time which doesnt really help in the current situation I didnt want to eat bread with sauce tonight. As we go to dominoes Battersea probably once a week spending enough for 2 to have a treat, I found it really poor service. Never had an issue with them until now, but customer service is everything to me so wont be returning.

Read moreA truly awful experience with this store. I ordered on the app. The estimated time was 19-24 min which was fine. So I headed out and walked my dog I was out for 20 or so minutes before heading there. When I arrived my order was on the screen and it said the wait was 24 minutes, I was shocked!
I said to the staff why it was taking so long. They all ignored me. I then had to ask whether anyone was going to acknowledge me. A snide lady just replied that the app was appropriate.
I was very surprised by her attitude and lack of sympathy.
After this experience I emailed the store to raise my concerns. A reply came from a lady named Carole who asked me whether the staff offered me any compensation to which I said ‘no’ and explained the complete and utter lack of sympathy. Well that was 4 days ago.
