I recently dined at this Italian restaurant with my family, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We tried a variety of dishes, each leaving a lasting impression.
For the main course, the Numero Sei pizza stole the show. Its melt-in-the-mouth texture, soft interior, and perfectly crunchy crust made it a standout. Infused with Italian sausage, salami, and mushrooms over a fresh tomato sauce, and finished with bubbling mozzarella, this pizza was a symphony of flavours.
The Melanzane alla Parmigiana offered another indulgent delight. The rich tomato sauce smothered the luscious aubergine, creating a mouthwatering combination that was enhanced by a generous layer of cheese.
The Bufalina pizza, my personal choice, was a homemade masterpiece. The pizza boasted a perfectly cooked base – crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The beautiful and creamy buffalo mozzarella, complemented by the deep basil, added layers of flavor that delighted the taste buds.
We concluded our culinary journey with two distinct desserts. The Chocolat Souflé provided a sweet and decadent ending, while the Gnocchi con Nutella, featuring gnocchi filled with Nutella and vanilla ice cream, was a unique and delightful treat.
Beyond the exceptional food, the staff contributed significantly to our positive experience. The team was not only lovely but also engaged with us, providing insightful recommendations. Their friendly demeanor added to the overall warmth of the restaurant.
The ambiance and decor were equally praiseworthy. The beautiful restaurant created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our dining experience. From the moment we entered, we felt the charm of the surroundings, making it a memorable evening for my family.
In conclusion, this Italian restaurant not only offers an outstanding menu but also stands out for providing exceptional value for money. The Bufalina pizza, in particular, highlights their commitment to quality without compromising affordability. I eagerly anticipate my next visit to relish more of their delightful offerings, all while appreciating the budget-friendly aspect that makes this dining experience truly...
Read moreDISGUSTING BOSS! Worst customer service ever! Never again. My friend and I discovered this place last week as we recently moved to the area. We loved the pizzas! Amazing quality price. Today, we decided to go back, and we ordered once again pizza. We had a very cold welcome by the gentleman (who apparently owns the place) on the other hand there is a lovely waitress who came straight after him and welcomed us and sat us on the table (thanks god customer service still exists) After 10 min we received the order delivered by the gentleman in a very rude manner (although I just though he was having a bad day). We asked him for some extra cheese and looked at us like we were asking for something surreal (never served) so we had to ask the lady who very kindly provided to us very quickly with a big smile. By the time I bite the pizza I found a staple in the pizza! As soon as the lady realised, she decided straight away to change the pizza. The gentleman came back after 10 min with a new pizza, once again very rude (no apologies whatsoever). I had to ask once again for the extra cheese, and I then asked the lady who was this gentleman, and the lady confirmed he was the “boss”. I asked him to approach to the table and said I was disappointed with his manners and customer service, where he became very aggressive, accusing me that I put the staple in the pizza (as apparently is not the same size they are using). This is so bizarre that I can still believe this has happened... he asked us to leave the restaurant. Furthermore, saying that he knows the kind of people we are and does not like customers like us (let me tell you that I will investigate if I can take this further, as I will) I have never been treated like this in my life. Considering the times, we are going through, where customer service is the key to bring customers back, I can say anything else, but I really hope you and your business goes the same way you treat...
Read moreWe have been to this restaurant many times since moving to the area as it was fantastic. However we recently went during the eat out to help out scheme was launched and we were very disappointed. The food seemed to be half of the portion size that it was previously and not of the same quality, I always loved their lasagne which used to be served on a plate and this time it seemed to be cut in half and then placed in a smaller dish and was overcooked and hard. My partner ordered a gnocchi and received only 9 pieces on a plate. They then gave us the receipt and attempted to charge us full price, we had to ask to have the discount applied. We would not have paid full price for that meal, it just seems like it was half the price half the effort. I understand small businesses are struggling at the moment but cutting costs like this will only damage them in the future when people will just choose not to come back. I will probably visit it once more in the near future (only because it was previously amazing) and if the same situation occurs then I wont be coming back. ...
