Domino's Pizza - London - Bayswater — Restaurant in London

I’m concerned for customer safety.

First, let me start by saying that my previous experiences with delivery from this location has been great. However, I can’t dismiss what I experienced last night for the sake of the safety of other potential customers.

I first got the call from the driver at 23:23, to which I informed him I would meet him at the front door of the hotel. I then got another call one minute later at 23:24.

When I arrived to meet him at 23:24, he was noticeably agitated and rudely shoved the food into my hands. For 2 minutes of waiting? I then took a photo of the driver with the intent of informing the dominos branch—that would be you—so that this behavior could be corrected. Do note that this is within my legal right to do so.

Then the driver became aggressive, and confronted me over his privacy, to which I informed him of the law and my rights. This didn’t seem to get through to him.

I then turned around to enter my hotel. When I had taken a few steps inside the hotel, he grabbed my arm and pulled on my shirt in a clear attempt to physically detain me.

At this point, the hotel staff intervened. I have to wonder, if this is the behavior at a hotel lobby, what kind of abuse might occur at a single residence? With a female customer?

I have not uploaded the photo as I’m contemplating reporting it in. I really hope this constitutes a bad apple but it is your apple farm...

I have had a gluten free pizza here twice and twice had a terrible stomach afterwards! I was also very disappointed with customer service. We once ordered few pizzas and there was a mistake on their end. We called to tell them and they said we were not allowed to touch the wrong pizza if we wanted a replacement which we had actually ordered. We explained that there was not enough food for our guests and the delivery time was long. After lots and I mean lots of discussion they agreed we could actually eat the mistaken pizza and have our order completed still. I don't understand why that was an issue to start with... if you make a mistake you are in the wrong. There was no apology and instead lots of hassle. I wander what they plan to do with the...
