WORLDS WORST DOMINO'S PIZZA BRANCH failed on delivery, customer service and most of all food. Two large pizza, 2 x 14 chicken wings (one barbecue and one Franks hot). If only there was a minus rating.
Where shall I begin..The delivery driver called me to tell me his waiting outside and expected me to go collect the pizzas from him from his car. I refused and waited until he knocked on the door, his response was come on man! you can see me waiting outside. When was it a duty for the customer to go collect, he walked away in a huff and repeated 'come on you can see me waiting'. Do they not know the concept of a delivery service.
The pizzas received were completely turned upside down, toppings everywhere, both pizza drenched in tomato base, it looked disgusting.
Ordered chicken wings 2 portions(suppose to be 14 BBQ and 14 Franks Hot), in one box there was 7 plain wings and in the other box 21 wings topped with a tiny amount of barbecue sauce.
I remember why I stopped ordering from them back last year, when I made a complaint then it was disregarded and a message sent to me offering free garlic bread on next order.
Anyhow this time round I did not take that offer of free garlic bread, I sent an email to branch manager and head office to make a formal complaint as this seriously gave two people stomach upset.
Domino's response was a standard one, to fill in a form. I did not get a proper response. Still nothing from the branch manager nor head office. No refund was offered and yet complaint remain unresolved.
I still await response and will update this space...
Read moreI ordered a pizza from the East Ham branch of Dominos, and when I called up I was repeatedly put on hold by rude staff. Once I finally got through to someone I put through my order and was told that a card machine will be bought to me and that they would call once they were outside. An hour went by without a response so I called the branch up in which they delivered to the wrong address, so they sent the pizza finally to the correct address I had a rude delivery driver who didn't bring a card machine. So this resulted in me having to use the cash point which charges £2 for a withdraw, after your own incompetence resulted in me having to pay extra for my meal. Once I returned the delivery driver then said I owed him £32 (the actual total was 29.16). When I challenged him about the price I found him very intimidating and very rude and then he said oh we'll settle on 30, which I founded an utter disgrace. After this whole disaster of an order I thought well at least I've finally got my food, but not only was my order poorly made (I asked for half and half -New Yorker and pepperoni and to make the New Yorker they just added 2 mushrooms, I also asked for BBQ stuffed crust, in which I received cheese stuffed crust. Today I have felt intimated and let down by the rudeness of your staff and the incompetence of your company. Dominos is always my go to place for pizza but from the service I have received today I really will question...
Read moreI placed a order at 22.15 Hrs on 24/05/2013 with Dominos 136 Barking Road,Eastham and was promised my pizza to be delivered in 90 minutes due the store busy on a Saturday, called the store 23.27 some one picked the call and informed me in another 10 minutes,i will have the my pizza delivered ,again on 23.47 when called the same answer,and again at 00.11 hrs when i called and requested to find out the delivery driver,i was informed 10 minutes,called the store again on 00.24 still the same answer, so annoyed ,lost my patience called the store at 00.40 hrs again i was promised 10 mints,so upset a again 00.55 made my final call to the so called manager and I was informed that the are ready to process a new order which will be delivered in 25 mints time .i.e 01.25 hrs, and can give it with a discounted price...and the could do nothing,such a irresponsible answer from the manger.. .who wants your pizza...do i need to wait 3 Hrs for a pizza,if you have such a waiting time ,why dont you inform advance...if you are busy dont book for orders....you staff needs basic customer service skills and mannerism to talk to the customer and the manger needs to be trained to handle busy hours booking.....never ever will even think of...
