Domino's Pizza - London - Highbury — Restaurant in London

I downloaded the app to order a personal pizza and a chicken box. The full process disappointed me.

-The app has unnecessary information and a cutscene that you need to go through every time you reopen it to check your order status. -My place is about 10 minutes away from this joint yet it took 30 minutes from when it said "out for delivery", ( granted this was a Friday evening, but there's no traffic near my place and for perspective takes only 20 minutes to walk there). Considering the time, the pizza was cold and tasted similar to cardboard, the chicken lost all crispness Lastly this is more Domino's fault than the chains, but the price for a pizza the size of my palm and a chicken box with tasteless sauces costed me over 18 pounds. I could've just bought 4-5 frozen pizzas which wouldve lasted a good few days for 3/4th the price.

Do not order from here if you are hungry as the pizza may never arrive. Awful experience. Had not had an update on my pizza order for over an hour. When I called the store, they did not answer or would answer and then hang up. It took me 20 minutes of non stop calling to get an answer which only came when I called on a different number and they surprisingly decided to answer. I asked why they did this, they said "because they were very busy". I was then told my order hadn't even started being prepared yet (an hour after ordering). Very rude woman. Sounds similar to below reviews which I should have read before ordering. I've asked for a refund let's see if that...

Domino's pizza is rubbish!!! Ordered a pizza at 10:09. It was finally deliveried after he got lost, at 11:05! I had no topping on my pizza, has it fell off the pizza! Wow, and it was obviously stone cold... Then he said he had left my sauce at the shop pmsl.
