I do work in a company that use Domino's for our residents events, meetings and different social events. We have sent an email to them this morning around 9am placing a delivery order for 1pm. The usual is that they reply to you and everything is confirmed. Today this did not happen and that is completely fine, we are busy or we just simply forget to do some stuff.
The main concern and big issue I had today is, when calling around 12pm to check that everything was fine with the order (no answer received), the woman that took the phone call was denying she had any order from us. While I was trying to explain the situation and how we do normally work with them, she was extremely rude: 1.- I could not finish a sentence without being interrupted several times by her, she was overlapping what I was saying.
2.- When I got tired, she got the great Idea of taking my phone number, so she could check the situation, fair enough and give me a phone call back. I am still waiting for the phone call she promised. In fact we needed to send them another email to finally receive a phone call, but unfortunately from a guy, she was pretty busy I suppose.
My point is that Customer Service skills from that woman specifically need to improve and she needs to realize what her actions can do against the image of the company she is working for, for example this kind of...

First I call customer service and they tell me to call the branch I call once, they hang up, I call again he mumbles and says something about online and then hangs up, I call the third time and this colleague repeatedly cuts me off, repeats the same thing 20 times and raises a voice a bit. Then I get a call back at 9pm after I raised a complaint only for me to be told the same thing and then when I try to complain I'm once again cut off, I was just to tired to deal with it so I just let him speak I understand the policy of half price refund due to the pizza already being made but the customer service is appalling.
