Every time I order they forget my toppings. This is the third time now they have sent my pizza without the toppings. The first time they kindly gave me a free pizza on my next order. Second time I called and reminded them just in time because yet again they didn't put one of my toppings on..and this third time I showed the driver and he told me to call because he remembers them always forgetting my toppings. Btw the driver is a very nice man 5stars to him. A woman called suman tried to tell me that it did have my toppings on until I told her that I showed her driver that it was missing. She then said well what's the problem. I told her over and over that the toppings is missing. That's the problem. And this isn't the first time. She then put me on loud speaker which is fine because I have nothing to hide and it's their mistake yet again. If I've paid for toppings then I expect the toppings to be on there. I visited the store in person to order and collect a pizza, but was met with unprofessional behaviour from two members of staff. Throughout the experience, they spoke in another language in front of me and were noticeably rude in their manner. It was uncomfortable and felt dismissive.
After waiting 30 minutes, I asked about the delay. I was then handed my order without explanation or apology. From what I observed, the male staff member appeared to be shouting at the female colleague in their language, which added to the unpleasant atmosphere.
When I first entered, the same man was already on the phone handling what appeared to be another customer complaint.
