Having recently moved to the area with my little pooch. ( 2 months ) It has been really nice that places like Bagel Delight, Pedros, Costa, Zombie games cafe, Kimoras Treats and everywhere I have been, all allow dogs inside.. It’s like being back home in Yorkshire. (only in that respect) Wonderful. Visiting this place today, and with my tiny pooch on a lead, I was at the door asking if it was okay to come in for breakfast, in the empty cafe btw. The staff jumped up to their feet and shouted, repeatdly. 'No Dogs, No Dogs, No Dogs' It was very agressive in behaviour and all their sudden movement was very unnerving. My dog is just a little bigger than a Chihuahua so surely these big men couldnt have been fearful of this. First I was shocked and then I was a bit embarrassed for them and their reaction. How emassculating ,as men, that this tiny dog has put the fear of.., in to them. So much so that several grown men have to jump from their seat and started to yell. I had the repect to kindly ask first before entering and their agressive, unpolite behavour was not welcomed. There are no rules in the UK about not having dogs into their cafe IF the kitchen is seperate to the dining area, which it was. It must just be pure hate for animals. Everyone has a right to refuse but this came from a dark place with these people. In the end, I was glad of the experience as I was nearly in there a few days ago, by myself. I'd have given money to a business that doesn't like animals and that says alot. I find it very concerning that human beings can have a hatred to the glory of what the earth provides us. I am glad not to give my...
Read moreI’ve been a customer of the Earlys cafe for years, I’ve been coming here and it’s a family run business. I’m really disappointed with the fact that the delivery drivers are turning up late to pick up the food orders, it’s been cooked waiting for the to pick up , the food is freshly cooked and the customers are waiting for the food to be delivered hot by the time it gets to them is cold and it’s not fair that this is happening staff, they are preparing food fresh , I don’t know what they’re the delivery drivers, are doing and the food is turning up late to the customers so please do not listen to any bad review because it’s all dishonest and they do this on deliberately the owners trustworthy reliable people its a shame this is happening to them because they do not deserve this kind of treatment…I have seen it with my own eyes for years what...
Read moreWhat a gem of a cafe near the Crinklewood Travelodge. We made the most of a 12 noon checkout and popped across to the Early's cafe as it has a 5 star hygiene rating. So pleased we did, what a great team. :) The orange juice was freshly squeezed, poached eggs cooked to perfection, and the variety of all day breakfasts were fabulous, with the bacon being given huge thumbs up. We were made extremely welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the time spent chatting to the proprietors and customers. :) The price was no more than the food at the hotel, but we enjoyed the atmosphere so much more. Only down from the north for the one day but we'll be back next time we have an overnight London gig...
