OCTOBER 2024 The customer service was disappointing. If you're looking for service with a smile, this isn't the place. The prices are also quite high— I paid £10 for a BBQ chicken and avocado panini, (which was delicious) along with a cake, but the cake itself was only £1.50. Charging Pret prices in a rundown bakery seems unreasonable. I also felt like my business wasn’t valued or appreciated, and to make matters worse, the panini took far too long to arrive. If you’re in a rush, I’d suggest going elsewhere. 2 years ago Customer service is good. The Belgium buns are unique they have a soft spongy layer to them that I have never tasted or experienced before. The banana cake did not taste like banana cake. The kids enjoyed their cupcakes.

So I just went to this store I purchased one cheese and onion roll. The role normally cost 35 pence per roll and they charged me for one slice of cheese and some onions including the role for 4 pounds and 15 pence. This store is daylight robbery and opportunist thieves do not spend your money here when this should have cost me £1.50 maximum at any place for a cheese and onion roll if you travel all over London you will find £1.50 is what you would pay for a cheese and onion roll.

Bacon roll - was dry and hard, bacon was somehow soggy and dry at the same time. Cinnamon bun - was just old bread with some vague cinnamon flavour Cinnamon doughnut - 99% bread 1% cinnamon. Definitely not a doughnut Iced bun - possible made a week ago judging by staleness of the bread

Use to come here regularly for a short while Loved the croissants very tasty from what I remember also use to love the strawberry fresh cream slice and biscuits but haven’t been here for a while as I like to get all my things from the same place whilst on my morning commute

Reason is I don’t really like the coffee it tastes very basic like from a canteen so if they could get a proper machine and barista style coffee that would be really great !

Secondly the hot foot is all together without any separation for people who avoid meat so that put me of from ever buying it -

Thirdly sometimes things can be stale and mostly it’s been fine but a few times I’ve had items that were off and which was obviously very disappointing but it was the coffee for me that...

Today I was the receiver brithday cakes for my friend.Order was completely disagreed. Cake was to be poured white chocolate with blue roses around and dedication , but the Lady brought me brown chocolate with three roses on the inside and with errors in the dedication. I heard not even apologize to the moment when she has noticed that I'm really upset. She offered me another cake that did not match one specified by me. Only at the end I heard I'm sorry, but it is no substitute for a birthday surprise spoiled. The person receiving the order does not speak good English but assured to understand everything. It is a great mistake that we ordered cake...
