Let me preface this review by saying the service and staff are not the issue at all. We were served by Erida and Andre and they were excellent. Unfortunately, great service cannot make up for food that is mediocre at best. Dinner service is okay, but out of my party of 5, only 2 of us enjoyed our meals in any meaningful capacity. The hotel restaurant is so understaffed that even when my spouse and I waited 30 minutes to get a menu, took it upon to find someone for help to get seated in the dining area. Waited again and had someone after us get service while we were just left there with no acknowledgment to take our order. The hotel itself was fine, but the restaurant was subpar and clearly needs more staff to keep up with dinner service. Sometimes it's nice to just eat in the hotel. The staff were very friendly. I ate here twice; the first time I had penne pasta, the second time I had the chicken breast.
