My experience was terrible!!

I ordered food on 24 October 2015 and it never arrived. After waiting for an hour I called to find out where it was. I spoke with someone called Khan. He was extremely rude and just told me to wait longer. After 1 hour and 15 minutes I called again. He made up some excuse and quickly realised he didn't know where the driver was. After some pressure he found out but didn't seem to know where exactly the driver was. He proceeded to argue with me telling me what did I expect him to do!! After an hour and a half of waiting together which his rudeness, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. The money is still sheduled to leave my account and each time a call to speak to someone suddenly there is no manager. I want to make sure I am not charged for food that I did not receive and no one will tell me who I need to speak with to verify this. They do not seem to care about the service they deliver. I was looking forward to trying out somewhere new and this was the first time I attempted to place the order but will never order from them again! If I don't get my money back I will take them to court and sue them...

Beware of this place. Food hygiene is appualing and disgraceful. Hygiene here needs improvements. The storage of meat and veg is bad too. Everything especially the meat is not really refrigerated or covered, it's out in the open inside the shop. On top of this twice myself and my colleague got food poisoning and dogey stomach. The pizza is okay but the place takes and hour plus to make your food and don't start till you veg there even when ordering on phone. The taste of the meat is bot great at all and doesn't have much seasoning. I would stay away and advise not to go. I have them the benefit of doubt on 3 occasions amd that's enough to stay away after feeling dogey from the kebabs, chicken, lamb. They are very slow too and making the food. Go next door its...

Fantastic grilled food. The price is reasonable but they should increase the quantity. Went with 3 of my friends who love to eat out and they all enjoyed the taste of the food, my friends run a restaurant and getting a good comment from them says it all.

Staff don’t speak good English but good enough to treat the customers with respect. We ordered chicken shish and lamb shish with extra chips. They got some place to eat in and it’s enough for people who like to have a quick fast food. Many items to choose from menu but highly recommended their grill foods.
