1- everytime i go and eat chicken they give me different size chicken 2 - when i said your portions are small they say not our problem supplier giving us like this (is this my issue ,do i have to change there suppliers ) 3 - when u order full chicken u get one leg proper one leg in the size of a wing .hahahha and they reply not our fault .but u have to pay fulll bill even the portion is less 4 - today i ordered 2 steaks .one is ok and one is half size of other .when i said that portion is small they said not our problem . and they told me to speak to manager , when i told manager he is busy on the phone talking to some friends and ignored me .i left the meal and walked out and they dont care . 5 - this is what happen when owners leave there place with staff like this who only care about there salary and not about the business and customers . 6 - attitude is next level like they running nandos . warning - dont go there please you will waste your money and time. try amigos they are 100 times better than them or rooster peri peri .

its not about food always its about how u treat your customers .

i am not surprised when i seen they have 3.7 rating on google . i am not the only one . please think before you order from them or u go there because even u get some not proper cooked they will not fix the issue and tell u that...

Came here after a very long time. Came to get a whole chicken as that used to be on the menu but now that's no longer there. Needed protein fix so had chicken strips and a chicken wrap. Chicken breast doesn't take long to cook and was told 15 mins wait time. Fair enough. We actually had to wait 25 mins when the place was dead and no one in the shop. On ordering I asked if the 8 strips could be done in 2 flavours. The guy said no they have to be the same flavour. This was a bit frustrating as I don't see the problem. If I ordered 18 (next portion size up), are you also going to say the same then too?! The guy very reluctantly agreed to do 2 flavours The chicken strip were pretty pricey and thin and incredibly dry. Was not pleasant eating to be honest. Flavouring was okay. Nothing amazing. The wrap was pretty average. Not sure why it took to long. Dining area is pretty cool and nice solid tables but you really need to give them a wipe down after each diner has left and use a degrease because table surface was a little sticky. Was also an annoying fly buzzing around for ages. Not nice. All in all not impressed. Still curious about your burgers and wondering if worth a try. I will return at some point out of curiosity but in no rush based on this experience. Thankyou...

Whether you eat from Byron Burger, Gourmet Burger Kitchen or even Handmade Burgers you cannot justify paying £11 for a burger, £3 for chips, £1 for Rosemary salt and £3 for a tub of coleslaw. When you add a drink at £1.50 that tally's up to around £20 considering you buy a 50p sauce tub.

Personally I don't think this type of business model can last long if you expect a customer to pay £20 for a decent sized meal, you can comfortably eat for 2 at Nandos at that price!

The measly shrimps have this after taste as if they have been out of the freezer for too long, similar to how a water bottle nozzle smells if you leave it out for long after backwashing it.

Don't get me started on the hot dog - for the money they charge it's simply a processed dog you get from the tin cans, so it's not made from 100% meat.

Milskhakes are very watery without any substance.

I respect the fact they have invested a lot on their decor and branded packaging but for the prices they charge it is absolutely atrocius.

Don't think I will be visiting or ordering online from them again - perhaps if a meal deal cost ls under a tenner then I'd reconsider eating the fried chicken...
