If I could give zero stars then I would. Simply avoid this place and source another chicken shop closeby. This place has short changed me in the past, food served cold and undercooked left me feeling sick . Dirty conditions and sticky tables covered in leftovers. Also one of the members of staff (medium height and quite fat with a baseball cap and a dirty beard) is also very rude and ignores you when your standing at the till waiting to order. So disappointed. I came here as a last resort because the places I wanted are closed and the proof is in the pudding. There was a different man at the counter than usual and the man at the counter kept changing the prices EVERYTIME I asked. Very bad service, was asked to order by phone to get ready cooked fresh chicken. When got to the shop to buy, i had to wait 20 mins for my food. Noone too my complaint seriously or even received an apology. The manager denied any responsibility saying that one of the other ladies was the shop manager.
