I feel like our experience was different to the norm due to new staff. The female waitress (who I am assuming was from the family business) was kind and friendly and did inform us that she had two brand new members of staff working with her this evening. However that being said it did impact the evening and our overall experience in a negative way. We didn’t receive a warm welcome and were just pointed in the direction of a free table. Appearance is everything, Right? So being served by a new starter in a jogging bottoms and trainers doesn’t really set the vibe for a nice environment. Again this took away from the niceness inside the restaurant itself which has a small cosy feel with only about 10 tables. This can’t take away from the food which from what I picked was great, the Brazilian bean stew was the right choice which was a perfect portion size with an accompany of side dishes. The Grilled meats do not come with any sides so these need to be ordered separately. Our starters were also tasty however everything was served at the same time as the main courses so I feel like we couldn’t enjoy it as an Individual course. But would highly recommend the chicken croquettes. The food was good and is worth the visit but sadly the poor service from the inexperienced staff really became memorable factor of the evening.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic experience once again at Fine Cut Butchers & Steakhouse — this time at their Elephant & Castle location! I first visited their Bermondsey site a couple of years ago for a birthday celebration and was thoroughly impressed. This recent visit only confirmed that they’ve kept their standards high across both locations. The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere vibrant yet comfortable, and the food — absolutely incredible. The meat is clearly high-quality and expertly prepared. The grilled skewers, steaks, and sides were full of flavor, cooked to perfection, and served piping hot. I especially appreciated the generous portions and the Brazilian touches, which gave the whole meal a special flair. A special shoutout to our waiter, Renata, who was absolutely lovely throughout. She was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect at our table. Her friendly attitude and great recommendations made the whole experience even better. It’s clear these guys take pride in what they do. If you're looking for amazing grilled meats, relaxed vibes, and consistently top-notch service, Fine Cut is a must-visit. Highly recommend — whether it’s for a casual dinner or a special occasion, you won’t be disappointed!

I went here one Thursday evening for a mate's birthday meal. There were 4 of us, and we decided to all go for the "rodizio de espetinho" skewers, which was an all you can eat of various meats and sides for £27.99 per person. Between us, we managed 3 meat platters and a round of sides, including 3 garlic breads, too. The food overall was very good indeed! The sides were all very tasty and accompanied the meat very well. I really liked the finely chopped tomato salsa...it had a zesty, fresh flavour to it and went very well with the meat skewers! The fried cassava pieces were very good too, crunchy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside! All of the meat was very flavoursome and tasty, and I liked the garlic marinade on the skewers. The pork sausage was banging, and beef on the skewers were full of flavour and melt in the mouth. I also enjoyed the chicken hearts and the other pieces of meat like the chicken wings and the pieces of pork chop. The staff were friendly, and the service was professional and not overbearing. So, if you fancy some proper Brazilian grilled meats, then this is the place to go! Easy 5 stars, and you definitely get your money's worth. ;D

Really disappointed with this experience!

After seeing a well known food vlogger visit this establishment, paired with their (now, slightly suspect) “glowing” reviews, we went in with high expectations. However, most elements fell short by many accounts.

The service was painfully slow (as in, it took almost an hour to bring out a single plate of food) which was surprising as the restaurant was not busy. At the point of being seated, they had 2 other tables (of 2) eating in, and it was 6:40pm on a Wednesday night.

The majority of the food (of what they managed to remember!) was tasty. Side note - some explanation to what they were serving would have been ideal as all the meat was just plonked on the same plate. However they forgot so many items! For reference, we (3) did the “all you can eat” and asked for everything except for chicken heart and chicken sausage. Therefore, we expected to be flooded with all the different dishes that were otherwise mentioned as 'included'. If I recall correctly, we didn’t receive any cassava, or the beans with egg. We were brought too many of the same meat skewers in contrast to two singular sausages (bear in mind there were 3 different types included and we only asked for no chicken sausage).

We had to ask several times (nearly 2 hours into the meal now) for the halloumi, garlic bread, and garlic sauce (which we intended on ordering more than once!) to receive them in dribs and drabs. By this time, we were so fed up of waiting so communally decided to not re-order. This was really disappointing because the garlic bread in particular was exceptionally good!

One of the waiters completely misunderstood us (we requested for a third time he bring us garlic sauce - an included item by the way) and instead, brought us 3 lots of rice, salsa and mayo salad. They have a no waste policy (which I totally agree with) but obviously this unwanted array of additional dishes (that ironically, we had already consumed) plus his unbothered attitude negatively tainted our meal.

A quick comment on the price point (£32.99pp) as this didn’t feel like great value for money. Yes - if it lived up to its “all you can eat” label then it would have been. With all things considered, I honestly think it would have been cheaper for us to select (a’la carte) everything they (intermittently!) brought instead.

All in all, it felt like the team were very inexperienced. There was an obvious lack of care reflected in the slap dash nature that was felt amongst us all. The whole service was disorganised and quite unimpressive....

A really disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend calling on the day to ensure they have the unlimited menu and the food items you are likely to request. I came from outside London with my family to visit this restaurant having seen lots of food vlogger reviews on instagram. When we arrived we were told there was NO unlimited menu that evening because they had 'run out' of meat. Huh??!! 2 tables who had also made bookings upon arriving and being told the same walked out. Why would you not contact all bookings to let them know BEFORE arriving that you don't have the food or dining experience advertised? They instead offered the more expensive a la carte menu (£££) and because we had travelled from so far after a long day's work we frustratingly went with it - only to find out they had 'run out' of about 1/3 of that menu too. It was ridiculous. The manager/waiter had no idea what was available and had to keep checking whilst taking our order and when we made our order, came back twice to tell us they had run out the things he thought they had. What we did have was generally good and flavoursome however choices was so limited and the service was painfully slow and disorganised. It is worth noting I have made a previous visit about 6 weeks ago and did have the unlimited menu but they didnt have the pork belly, chicken wings, pork ribs or halloumi which was the bulk of what I would have ordered from the grill so that was really annoying but what was available (basically meat skewers) tasted good. I have to give a shout out to the unlimited sides which were delicious. Its a real shame, because the staff seem decent and passionate and they serve good food but what good is that if its never available and managed so badly? Their pictures online are very misleading as they never have the the full menu. It kind of feels like their digital marketing has put them on the map and increased demand that they are now struggling to keep up with. Whatever is going on, I hope it...

I had an incredible dining experience at Fine Cut Butchers, a Brazilian restaurant that left me thoroughly impressed. My friend and I visited on a Friday night, seeking an unforgettable meal, and that's exactly what we got.

Opting for the all-you-can-eat option along with the daring choice of piranha, we embarked on a culinary adventure that exceeded all expectations. The flavours were sensational, and each dish showcased the authenticity and mastery of Brazilian cuisine.

To complement our meal, we indulged in a delightful capirinha, a rich red wine, and some refreshing beers. The drink selection perfectly harmonized with the food, enhancing the overall dining experience.

What truly set Fine Cut Butchers apart was not only the exceptional food but also the impeccable service. The staff were truly superb, attentive, and friendly. Kaila and Flavia, in particular, stood out as shining examples of exceptional customer service. Their warm smiles and attentive demeanour added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening.

The atmosphere at the restaurant was outstanding, striking a balance between elegance and comfort. The ambience added to the overall enjoyment, creating an environment that encouraged lingering and savouring each bite.

In every aspect, Fine Cut Butchers exceeded my expectations. The outstanding food, the attentive staff, and the inviting atmosphere all came together to create a memorable dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic Brazilian culinary journey. Don't miss out on the chance to savour the delights crafted by Kaila, Flavia, and the entire team – it's an experience that's not to be missed.

Flavia and Kaila, keep up the good work, and thank...
