Fire up the bbq is a new Chinese bbq restaurant in Kingston. This establishment isn’t something you’d find commonly in most areas in Surrey. Kingston is by far the luckiest to have this gem of a restaurant that serves up nothing but the most flavourful Chinese bbq dishes. I had a plethora of selections from their extensive menu and every item from the smokey Chinese chives to the pleasantly potent garlic oysters blew my mind. Each and every selection was beyond phenomenal. I couldn’t believe just how flavourful Chinese bbq was and to top that the service was tremendous. The waitress took great care and was attentive to make sure the table was clear before the next round of dishes came along. I was blown away by the quality and I cannot wait for more people to discover it. From the outside looking in you’d assume it’s just your typical Chinese restaurant with overstylised pictures of food on their windows. However, they are not selling you a dream but guaranteeing you an overdose of flavours that will live long in your memory. I highly recommend people to check this place out and open their minds to the cuisine and food that is made because you won’t be disappointed. So just need to say, this is probably the best execution of a meal I've had in a very long time. Cold noodles with a slightly vinegary soup and spicy grilled chicken gizzard skewers.
