Orient Flame — Restaurant in London

Absolutely horrendous. I feel sorry for the chefs as the food is fine, it’s the service and staff speaking to customers that are so shocking. My order had a whole 1/4 duck missing plus pancakes, vegetable and sauces. When I called to ask where it was, I was rudely told that it was ‘my fault’ for the missing items as I must not have selected the correct items (which I did, rechecked Just Eat receipt to confirm). If a restaurant messes up an order i’d at least expect them to admit the error was theirs, rather than blaming the customer who still has food missing. They’ve refused to provide me with my missing items or a refund, so watch out or they may try and scam you...

Sadly I have to write a negative view about this restaurant. I have genuinely tried to remain supportive, but the quality of the food has declined to an unacceptable standard. Before writing this, I did call the restaurant, who in fairness, did apologise for the quality of food sent out. What a shame. A great Chinese takeaway that has somehow lost its way. The only photo I'll post is the BBQ ribs supplied, but for the third time, the food quality of the entire order was totally unacceptable. Chicken in Black Bean sauce? Nope. Tasted like water. I hope they somehow return to the standards they used to set, but for now - there's too many other quality...

my bad today (22/03/2022) I have ordered food from this place today (thru uber eat), delivery time at time order was 20-35 minutes and that is one of the prime reason for ordering. After 35 minutes over called the restaurant and the person who took the phone was not at all interested in answering or attending the customer concern he simply says "Food is ready and waiting for Uber person to collect and he has no idea what time it will get delivered !!! What a way to treat a customer such irresponsible & arrogant behaviour then i read other reviews and lot others are similar experience Please avoid this restaurant at...
