Disappointing Hygiene Standards

I have ordered grilled chicken from FireWay Seed Cup several times. The chicken itself is good, baked in the oven, and the seasoned potatoes are quite good. However, I do not recommend the salad—the quality is very poor and disappointing.

Initially, I was planning to give this place a 5-star rating, mainly because one of the staff members is incredibly friendly, fast, and always welcoming. However, today’s experience completely changed my perception of this place.

Serious Hygiene Issue

When I walked in to place an order, I noticed a Deliveroo driver in dirty clothing, walking around the kitchen area, touching everything with unclean hands—right where food is being prepared. It was absolutely disgusting.

I cannot understand why a delivery driver, in full outdoor gear, gloves, and a helmet, was inside the kitchen where hygiene should be a priority. Even after I pointed it out, he remained there, not even moving to the waiting area, which made me feel even more uncomfortable.

At that moment, I completely lost my appetite, turned around, and left. I find it absolutely unacceptable that someone in dirty outerwear is allowed to walk around a food preparation area. If hygiene is this neglected, I don’t feel comfortable eating here anymore.

While the chicken is good and the staff is friendly, the hygiene standards are extremely concerning. After witnessing this, I highly doubt I will return. I strongly urge management to take this issue seriously—customers expect a clean kitchen, not delivery drivers touching everything with...

I had ordered the pizza on phone to collect in 15 to 20 mins as per the person making pizza and handling calls must know how much time he must start cooking so be ready by by 15 min at reaching in just about 25 mins to give them a bit extra so I can pick up and don’t have to wait on reaching he didn’t made it and arguing on a very loud voice as I keep asking why he didn’t made it in first place and asking me he can make in just 2 mins . Why I have to wait I said . He loudly said I don’t serve cold pizza and I said why he didn’t told me same thing on phone he simply said it’s my way I do it my way I asked so you must told this and you have payment problem must tell beforehand we don’t take , as per him by the voice who will pay and who will not, so if he like he will make if the voice he likes promising.
