Where to begin, upon arrival the person said that it would be a 20 minute wait till we can order. After 30 minutes, we had to ask if it would be much longer, then they said another 10. They suddenly changed their mind and said we can order now and I asked if it would be long and they said they will make it very quick. The food arrived way too quick as the burgers as well as the chips were undercooked. The burgers were still pink on the inside and seemed to be coated with a thick layer of salt. If you intend to order the cheesy fries, I suggest you take your own cheese. Surprisingly the chips had no salt whatsoever and therefore bland.

The customer service was as bland as the chips. No smiles, no hellos. The tables weren't cleared up and half the time, there was no one there to ask for anything. When we complained about the burger being too salty he just shrugged and said that's how the burgers come and he can't do anything about it and it's personal preference. If you end up coming here, be prepared to feel as salty as the burgers after you pay for such inedible food. Please avoid dissapointment and do not go here. I took my family out for a Burger dinner, ordered a Deluxe Beef Burger meal, Foodies Favourite Burger meal, Chicken strip burger and popcorn chicken meals. The burgers were nice, good size and filling and food arrived within good timing (less than 10 minutes). However, the chips on all the meals were a little under cooked. The chicken pocorn meal literally had 5 small pieces of popcorn chicken. In addition there were small things that didn't make my visit a great experience. For example, Kids meals don't come with drinks, no sauces or salt on display so I had to wait for the worker to reappear at the till before I could get hold of any. There were no napkins given with the order either, so again I had to get up and ask for some. When the worker gave it, he literally gave 2 napkins for a family of 5. I know times are tough but this was unnecessary. Overall it was an Ok experience but can easily be made better with better cooked chips and better...

I've gotta say the Fat Foodies Beef Burger is my go-to meal. Anytime I need a boost in energy, packed with flavour and protein I either buy it off Deliveroo or pass by the store. The customer experience is brilliant as the guys are always polite, always deliver like Messi in his prime.

Some lads inside trekked all the way from Leytonstone during one of my visits because the loaded fries were simply that good! (They said they had been returning there everyday since trying it out!)

I've tried other food places in Westfield, but they can't hold a candle to Bossman's fresh cuisine! You can taste the quality and love put into the food like for reallll!

Starters top-notch, main course delightful and desserts sweet as cotton candy handed to me by a mermaid at the River Nile....
