Extremely Disappointing First Visit

I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience at Millions Lounge last Friday, which happened to be our first visit. The service was shockingly poor; not only did we have to wait nearly 10 minutes for a menu, but when we asked, we were handed only one menu for four people.

To make matters worse, the sofa we were seated on broke, causing injury to one of my friends. Despite this incident, no staff member came to offer assistance or a proper apology. We left the restaurant feeling neglected and extremely dissatisfied with our overall experience.

I'm certain all good reviews are from friends and family. This place is so bad! Ordered dessert which took 45minutes to come despite chasing for it twice. The adana kebab was burnt with plain white rice, and they didn't have any sauce to give with the food except ketchup. Had 2 bites and returned the rest. And this place has the audacity to add service charge when you make the order. So when the service is terrible, am I meant to ask for a refund? Ridiculous!
