I'm partial to the classic British adversary that is the great chip. None of this skinny fries milarky, or the stale double or dare I say it; triple fried chip that had cried out all its taste into the deep frier for far too long, all in the sake of being a warm product. What a horrible sacrifice. But brother's chip shop has long been a favourite of mine in the surrounding area. Read moreAs a vegetarian we are conscious of how the chips are fried. We are fairly new to the area and we went in to ask if the chips are fried in a seperate oil and they unfortunately dont. They explicitly mentioned they cross contaminate the oil between the chips, fish and chicken products... Its really unfortunate for us as it would have been a convenient location.
