Frandoz — Restaurant in London

Went there twice and both times were horrible. The food was genuinely inedible. We got chicken and it was basically raw inside and the chips were stale. The second time I got it was today and can confirm that I'll never step a foot inside again. The people working are incompetent aswell, hope their management sorts them out or their business will close down soon. The sauces they gave in those small plastic posts barely had anything inside. Food is surprisingly decent. Was put off by the size of their menu. Usually a clear indicator of poor quality. I have only had the chicken, hot wings and chips, but so far so good and consistent with what they serve. Only negative id say is from the guy who works there. Seems very slow in everything he does. Worst service I have received so far. Attempted to deliver the order 40 mins past the expected delivery time. When delivery arrived he decided it’s better to be rude and left. Called the restaurant multiple times no answer and no refund. Please avoid especially during rainy days as the driver advised it takes longer on wet a day by 40 mins even if the restaurant is located on...
