Mum Coffee and Restaurant – A Hidden Gem in Manor Park I recently dined at *Mum Coffee and Restaurant* in Manor Park, and it was an experience worth sharing. This cozy spot offers an authentic taste of home-cooked Bengali and South Asian cuisine, with flavors that truly stand out. I had a variety of dishes, starting with rice and pilau rice, both cooked to perfection. The hilsha, Bangladesh’s prized fish, was fresh and flavorful, with just the right balance of spices. The duck curry was rich and tender, melting in the mouth with every bite. The *kala bhuna* (slow-cooked beef) was another highlight, packed with deep, smoky flavors that showcased expert preparation. To complement the meal, the daal was comforting and hearty, while the fresh salad added a refreshing contrast. To finish, I enjoyed a cup of their chai, which was aromatic and soothing—the perfect way to round off such a satisfying meal. Beyond the food, the restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels at home. The prices are reasonable, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for quality food without breaking the bank. If you're in Manor Park and craving authentic Bengali and South Asian flavors, *Mum Coffee and Restaurant* is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

I visited Mum Cafe for a delightful Sunday afternoon lunch and had a fantastic time. I tried their duck curry, beef curry, biryani, and enjoyed a very nice karak chai. Each dish had flavours and authenticity, leaving my tummy satisfied. The ambiance of the cafe added to the overall enjoyment of the meal, it's very calm and relaxed. After indulging, I even took a leisurely 2-mile walk, feeling content and rejuvenated. Mum Cafe is definitely a great choice for anyone looking for a delicious and fulfilling dining experience. Highly recommended!"

Came in to buy a pannini and ended up getting so much more because of the options and the friendly atmosphere. He even offered a free tea to try out and honestly as soon as I finished it I needed more so I bought a cup of his tea. I highly recommend this place and honestly it needs more recognition for how good the quality of food and friendly the owner...
