Fuego Kingston — Restaurant in London

If you want to dine at a quiet restaurant, this one is perfect. Every time we have dined here for lunch, the place is nearly empty. The pizzas are yummy. Don't think the tapas menu is suitable for the Kingston shopper demographics. A menu similar to Gail's bakery cafe would do much better.

The furniture and decor are lovely but, Fuego lacks ambiance, think departure lounge at Heathrow Airport. The pot lights are so bright, we asked our server to dim the lights. She replied that it was not possible and that many customers had complained about them. How much can it cost to install a dimmer switch?

With high ceilings and minimal wall barriers to the clothes racks, it's not very cozy or inviting. It certainly wouldn't attract the after work bar crowd. Not sure why the bar and communal, high top table are offered. The store closes too early for drinks after work or for group celebrations. Think Fenwick managers need to do some re - tweaking on this...

The only place in my life where I ended up paying more with the special offer than I would have without it.

It was supposed to be a free lunch for two kids when an adult spends £15 but that only covered food, drinks were extra. I agreed to that, but it’s still pretty greedy to include only two courses from the kids’ menu, especially considering how small the portions were.

The fish from the kids’ menu was just a tiny piece, probably under 100g. The hummus with vegetables was awful- the cucumber was soft and limp, and the portion was laughable: two small carrot sticks, one piece of pepper, and two faded pieces of cucumber. The brownie wasn’t even warm, despite the menu saying it would be.

To top it all off, the adult meal took ages to arrive.

All in all, I would’ve been better off just ordering two kids’ meals and getting a coffee for myself. I can’t stand places that try to squeeze extra profit out of...

Fuego at the Kingston Bentall Centre is an absolute gem! I recently visited to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish.

The pizza is out of this world – perfectly cooked with fresh, flavorful ingredients that make every bite a delight. Their coffee and cake selection is equally fantastic, the perfect balance of indulgence and quality.

What truly sets Fuego apart is the incredible staff. They are not only professional and well-trained but also genuinely friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail is taken care of. They went above and beyond to make my sister’s birthday extra special, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

If you’re looking for great food, amazing service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Fuego is the place to be. I can’t recommend it...
