Even the costomer team head office are useless, they are ignoring my calls ans not replying to my messages. They have a serious problem solving issues because they are ignoring the people making a complaint. Has been a months and no one is getting back to me.
Rude stuff , the food was off ( pumpmkin soup) asked for refund through customer service as the cafe refused to. The customer services told me to get a refund i will need to go personally to the cafe which i did and for the second time i was umiliated from the manager called Marci who was laughing at me was covering her staff instead just giving me the refund and leave the situation as it was ,instead sheade it worse!! And she said she doesn't know what happened because she didn't wacthed the cameras. I felt very sad for being treated two time so bad. If a manager has no manners ofcourse the staff cant be any better. Nothing was done after i complained to the customer service in terms of training staff towards customers. I got a refund and a £15 gift card. Shame i cannot use it because they are so rude, i wouldn't want any of ny friends esperiencing the same thing so its asheme that there are people like this ,not happy of their job .
19/10/2024 i was at the store in notting Hill gate which is five minutes from my house. I wanted to treat a friend so i decided to came inside and eat something. I ordered a pumpkin soup and a sandwich and 3 hot chocolates . The asian lady said we are closing in half hour so that we must hurry up eating. When the soup arrived it had a bad taste like it was off. I asked my friend to try incase it was my self feeling strange. She also said it tastes off like been out the fridge for many hours,it tasted acidic. While i was trying to figure out what was wrong with the soup the Asian lady behind the counter was looking at me like she knew i was about to say it that was bad the soup. I then took the soup back and told them and the Asian lady said yes i know it tastes like this ,like if other customers maybe have been complaining before . I asked her a refund and she said no because i had two tiny spoons. Please check the cameras. I told her that if i didnt have this tiny spoons i wouldn't have known the soup was off. So she said no refund the till is closed. I have paid to eat in and didnt even seat for 10 minutes. £7.20 for a soup i never eat. Then she offered me something else which i didn't like but she said is this or nothing . So i took a spinach feta pastry. I asked to have it warm and she said no and all this was said with a bad attitude. Then i realized the spinach costed me £4.20 so she still owe me money which she refused to give. Any way i ate quickly because i wasted time talking about this and they were rushing me . The toilet is extremely dirty with no loo paper. I then asked someone else at the counter a refund and also Anka was rude. She said no ,she offered me some other food but the Asian lady said i was there just to get free food. And Anka the minute i asked her name she started to be rude too . I spent £23 for being humiliated. The people need training there and how to treat customers. I was shocked. I was almost ok with the almon croassoin Anka offered even if i dont eat them but i could have given to my husband . Then when the Asian lady said i was there just to get free food I said no ,keep the croassoin and let me speak to the owner. I am not happy at all. When i said the soup was Off Anka said this is what i am saying but its not what it is that i am lying and that she had children at home and that she want to go home because she have a life. I was shocked. She even said put a bad review on google i dont Care. She said the food is what it is even if you don't like it she said. I want a complete refund and a compensation for the bad behavior and for the way i was treated. You then can continue to bad serve customer the way you like if you have no intention of train your staff for customer care . Shocking. But today i went for 10 min break, and i walk into the shop to have my hot chocolate, that i usually have. The girl (look asian) that was charge me, she told me that there was no hot chocolate available, and i okay. But i asked for anything else with milk where can i add some chocolate. So i paid for a flat white. Till here all good, just she was so cold like she gave me a favour but that can be my impression. Anyway, another girl (lovely) she start to make my drink , and the one who i paid, start talk with her, telling her that im crazy as i find strange that wasnt hot chocolate. I wanted pretend like i didnt understood it. For their info i do understand and speack chinese!! Anyway the girl that made me the drink serve me, and i asked her maybe a lot, but im not working in gails so im still a costume and i dont see the problem toask something. I explain = I litteraly asked about large cup, but i didnt know flat white is in the small, as i never took it. I ask the girl if she can put some chocolate in it, and if i can have large cup with little more milk, even if i pay double money, i dont mind. I just wanted my drink while i had small break. She been so lovely and made it. But arrive the girl that i paid to, and start being so rude, talking rude to me saying that is not a flat white, and 8 smile saying yes i know, is exactly what i want, perfect. And she continue talking with both, saying id not a flat white and making espressione that made me very unconfortable. NOW people are not robot, and if someone ask something , even if seems weird compare to the menù, she need bair in mind, first im human, second im not working there, im a costume and asking and being explained id okay, but if she dont love her job and dont have patience with guest is better she change job.
