Greggs — Restaurant in London

This is the third time I’ve visited this particular outlet in a week, and on every occasion, the food has been served completely stone cold. Most recently, I purchased a Chicken Bake that had just been taken out, but it was still cold when handed to me. I asked the staff member if it could be heated, as it was genuinely cold to the touch, and was told no.

I find it unacceptable that food is being served this way—especially after payment—without even the slightest warmth. If the items cannot be served at a safe or enjoyable temperature, they should not be offered at all. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I will not be returning to this...

Ordered my food but had to wait as they still cooking. When I see they took it out, I had to ask for my food. Even when I did ask the guy at the till jayden ignored me comepletly. Not only did I had to ask but I was ignored not once but twice, I had to wait for another person who served me orginally. Not impressed. I can tell they had to take the bakes out early because of the lack of colour and the temperature was piping hot. I placed an order via just eat. When it arrived the majority of my order was missing. The coffee which had been delivered had a hole in the bottom of the cup which allowed hot coffee to leak all over my partner’s lap. I have tried calling the store 9 times now and have had no answer.
