Greggs — Restaurant in London

I came in here at 9:15 on the 11th of February 2025. I ordered a roll breakfast set which is a breakfast roll and a drink the lady behind the counter made me my breakfast roll. I then asked for a latte as my drink, but she said that I hadn’t mentioned that I wanted a coffee I replied that I had asked for a sept which is a drink and also a breakfast roll. She said I should’ve said what kind of drink I wanted. She angrily gave me the drink and said just take it.. terrible customer service and tried to make me feel bad for her error.

I’ve been going to Greggs Highbury with my service dog. I couldn’t be happier. The service is friendly and polite and they are super nice to my little dog which I really appreciate as public access can sometimes be a nightmare. It’s a pleasure to experience friendly, calm and normal and also to be welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Kingsland Road on the other hand needs a total staff overhaul I’ve never experienced anything more rude and discriminating than I have at Kingsland Rd but the stellar customer service experience at Highbury makes...

Ordered from this greggs. They sent me a 2 month out of date orange juice. Stupidly I never checked the date before drinking it. Which then led to me being unwell for 2 days. Greggs couldn't care less about health and safety. There investigation concluded with no issues found. Well this is clearly an issue. AVOID. Health inspectors need to look into...
