Hallmark Hotel — Restaurant in London

Really Impressed with this hotel.

Room was really spacious, lots of plug sockets dotted around, plenty of room to store clothes and a large desk if you needed to work. WiFi also great.

Spacious bathroom with shower and bath with toiletries. Pressure in the shower not great in the evening but fine in the morning. Good working telly which appeared to be brand new.

Room was also really quiet - didn’t hear any other guests or noise.

I had parking for free as I booked directly with the hotel. I believe if you book through a third party it is £10 a day.

Excellent location surrounded by lots of pubs, shops and local cafes.

I didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food. I did have a drink at the bar which was expensive as expected in a hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Can’t really fault it - and it was cheaper than the travelodge...

We stayed for one night at The London Chigwell Prince Regent, and while the hotel itself is your standard, no-fuss 4 star hotel, it was the staff who truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, check-in was seamless — the team couldn’t do enough for us. They were more than happy to accommodate a room change with no fuss at all.Later, we realised we’d accidentally left important medication in the room after check-out. The staff handled it swiftly and with real care, making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.It’s rare these days to experience genuine, thoughtful customer service like this. The team here are a credit to the venue, and we’d happily stay again...

Hottest day of the year and after I check in they let me know there’s no air con in the whole building. The lovely lady at the desk was accommodating and provided extra fans for the room however that did not cool the room down and even with the windows open the air was stagnant. Unfortunately one of the worst stays I have ever had partially the weather was the issue however no aircon during such heat is not what I was expecting to experience. Unfortunately I won’t be revisiting. Also, there were 3 massive moths in my room, personally I don’t have a fear of moths however...
