Entered this place No hello not a word at all No acknowledgement of a client Some 5 min later I've heard "yes" Rather than hello How rude Ordered 2x seabass with chips and salad Was told 10min 30 min it's what it was in a real world Person who was preparing food have had phone in 1 hand and was talking to someone from the moment go till I've left the shop He was also more interested in watching football on TV rather than preparing food End result way overcooked fish Undercooked chips Wanted burger sauce on chips But he literally covered the whole thing including fish in burger sauce Disgusting service ... Told the owner I'll edit my review so I am doing as promised . ... I obviously forgot about my last year's experience as I went to get my lunch there today Upon my recent visit today Yet again no greeting.. I've ordered my food and when I came back I was confronted by the owner about my review from last year which is 100% accurate to how i felt and what it was served ... Food today was very good however Instead of saying sorry for the last time the owner was continuously asking why did i leave a negative review ? That made me feel deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome there It felt weird, unnecessary and even more rude than just simply apologising. Although today the food was tasty , and the service was quick. I'm sure that I'd not want to visit again thanks to lack of manners and basic customer service skills.. if only his communication skill was half as sharp as his face recognition there will be only 5 stars reviews on here which is not the case in here...

Something has happened to this place been a customer for over 5 years but ever since the food quality just gone down the hill. Wrap of shawarma is like a soup held by a thin piece of bread leaking all over leaving mess everywhere, greasy and tasteless lamb served for last 4 visits and in attempts to justify a mistake or change of staff kept giving them a chance, not anymore. Thanks Cash...

This is a hard one to review as the food is excellent but the service is atrocious and the menu is being deliberately limited. The last 5 visits have seen the restaurant with nothing but lamb and chicken shish charged at twice the normal price and no shawarma to be seen.. best off going elsewhere as you'll end up with shish one way or the other and end up spending far more here than...
