STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Believe the people that type up the one stars because the people who give it five star either have a poor judgement on food or are blinded by the hype from pages like UB1UB2 who constantly promote this place.

Firstly ordered two Large Pizzas, asked the guy for the prices, but the guy behind the till was confused he didn't know what prices they charge. So, I pointed at one of the offers on the menu, next minute turns around and goes we can't do that it stops at 8pm the offer and just says T&C's like what's that supposed to mean when there is nothing written on the menu about timing. He could just refuse anything and say "T&C's".

Got our two pizzas, the base was all soggy and the crust was not even cooked properly all squidgy and uncooked. Baring in mind this was stuffed crust, hardly any cheese in the crust. You might as well not advertise stuff crust at all. The cheese looked weird and pulled a part real stiff not like stringy mozzarella cheese. The pizza was definitely not cooked long enough, undercooked.

I woke up in the morning having to go to the bathroom two times in quick session, my stomach is hurting.

Had an Absolutely Amazing experience here at Hot House Pizza's with Ali and his entire team. An Absolute Honest person who goes Above and Beyond to take care of our needs and happiness providing Quality Delicious Food. I was placing a huge order late at night, Ali and his entire team were very helpful in helping me to make my choices for the options available. As it was my first time being here, I was rather sceptical about what to expect and the quality of the food especially with the order being very large. let me tell you, Everyone absolutely loved the Pizza's. the quality of the food here is really amazing coupled with the Variety available. Ali and His team went to great lengths including calling me to ensure i was happy with the order and coming to collect to ensure they were going to be hot which was very supportive in planning for such big events. They even offer delivery. On arrival, my entire order was ready waiting for me to be collect all labelled and hot. Highly satisfied with the experience here with Ali and his entire team. Called to order one of their nany vegan pizzas and was tild they dont bither getting vegan cheese as its a waste of their time and noney. Perhaps they should stop advertising that they sell them then so I and others dont waste OUR time. Useless

EDIT Your response was so professional and extensive it warranted a response. I did not call you to enquire if you "had any vegan cheese" I know i can pop round to the supermarket for that. I called (as im sure most customers ordering a pizza by phone do) to order a pizza. I browsed just eat - (have added your menu) and called to order directly as I wanted to pay by cash. (Glad i didn't pay online for a pizza you were advertising only to find that you dont actually sell them and its basically my fault for not checking various sites for your company to ensure that all the information you provide was correct and matched).

Customer service skills are fantastic here. I was simply pointing out that wasting customers time and shrugging it off really isnt a great image for your company. Writing an essay to a potential customer as you did to me really doesn't make ME...
