Came here with family of four. Started of bad with an unclean table with a huge mess underneath given to us. Once we were sat down had to ask the waitress if they could clean it again.
Ordered Paneer Pakora, Lahori Chicken Tikka and Amritsari Fish for starters. Chicken arrived first, just left on the table with no cutlery. We sat there for 4 or 5 minutes and had to call the waiter back asking for plates and cutlery. He came back and just left the pile of plates, forks etc at the corner of the table for us to put out ourselves. Called him back again, where is the sauce or chutney. Waited five minutes again for the Fish to arrive, ate both, then sat there for about 10 minutes waiting for the Paneer. Had to call the waiter again to ask, he seemed surprised (I think he had forgotten our Paneer order) so went of the kitchen to place the order for the Paneer which we waited for another 5 minutes. It came out undercooked and about 15 minutes had passed since we had eaten the Chicken and Fish. (The chicken and fish were nice, nothing super amazing, but they were nice. The paneer was undercooked and totally lacking in any taste)
After this we sat there waiting about half an hour for our mains of 3 Kulcha Thali's and one Chana Puri. During this big wait all our starter dishes, side plates, everything was left on our table. No effort to clean our table of dishes. Nor was we ever asked what drinks we wanted so had to go up to the till to ask for some water and two lassi's.
Finally the three Kulcha's arrived and the waiter then walked off. Had to call him back after about 5 minutes as the Chana Puri hadn't arrived yet and we all wanted to eat together. Again he seemed surprised (again he forgot our order) so he went back to the kitchen and called out for a new Chana Puri order. The rest of us started to eat now as our Kulcha's were starting to get cold. We finished after about 10 minutes but still no sign of the missing Chana Puri. At this point we were fed up now so got up and asked them to cancel the Chana Puri. (About the food: The Aloo Kulchia was quite nice, the other two had Keema Kulcha Thali's which were nothing special, the Kulcha's themselves fell apart very easily making it difficult to eat and the side of chana was quite flavourless)
Overall a terrible experience. The waiting staff had zero idea of how to accommodate a table, no plates etc given, no drinks asked for, forgetting orders throughout (maybe they should try writing the orders down rather than try to memorise them as they do, just an idea). No sense of cleaning the table, no cleaning up after the courses, the kitchen had no sense of serving food all together, no apologies ever given, they just didn't care. The whole time we had to call the waiters out maybe 7 or 8 times again and again to tell them about missing items, missing plates, etc. It made the whole experience one of the worst I've ever had.
Some parts of the meals were nice (Lahoori Chicken Tikka & Amritsari Fish), so not all terrible, but other parts were very ordinary (Kulcha's, Chana), the Paneer Pakora starter was terrible. With so much decent competition in the area I struggle to find any reason why anyone would want to come here.

Read moreMy recent visit to this restaurant was nothing short of an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The waiter was not only friendly and attentive but also very knowledgeable about the menu and made some fantastic recommendations.
Now, let's talk about the food. Firstly, the Chai (Masala Tea) was a real standout. It was the perfect blend of spices and was rich and flavorful. We also tried the Malai Soya Chaap, which was tender and had a wonderful creaminess to it that was simply divine. But the real star of the show was undoubtedly the Chicken Tikka Masala - the chef's special dish that was recommended to us by the waiter. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the sauce was a mouth-watering blend of spices and creaminess that left us wanting more.
The naans were another highlight of the meal, with a soft and fluffy texture that perfectly complemented the dishes. The restaurant's ambiance was warm and inviting, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our visit.
Overall, the experience was nothing short of excellent, and my entire family was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Indian dining experience that...
