The place provides you everything, typically what all KFC stores do. The staff are very hardworking and are very prompt on serving their customers; however, there have been issues when it comes to customers not recieving the food the way how it's represented on their posters. I have seen customers argue just this reason multiple times but I believe that this is small human error due to everything being fast paced.
The most disappointing thing that I feel about this place is that whenever I order an Oreo crusher, they always tend to say their machines are out of order or probably they can't deliver it due to shortage of ingredients. This has to be the biggest joke as it has been going on for months. I am not joking as people who order from the store probably have the same opinion as me. I don't blame the staff but I do believe someone within the procurement team needs to give reality a fast check. I mean they are the biggest fast food chains in the world and they can't deliver something on their menus for a month. What a joke. Hence, I believe the procurement team needs to put in a little bit of effort in studying their stats and inventory (i.e., forecast), and delivering goods at the right time, at the right place for the right customer.

Arrived at home there were only 4 breast as I asked for but I was charged for 5 pieces which I did not receive! I know what I think you can derive at your own concensus at the Yiewsley Location. I recommend you check your bag before you leave or when you get home you will be let down and dis-appointed for a lack your order or just DON'T GO ! I went back 4 days later and explained it to the gentleman working the counter and he fixed my last order. For some reason though they do not like to give more than 2 chicken breast at 1 time per customer depending on the amount of chicken you order. I was surprised that they fixed my prior order. Read moreIf you're using the Hayes KFC on Uxbridge Road, do not leave the place without checking your order! I ordered a Fillet Burger Box meal and a mini fillet burger without lettuce. They left the lettuce out of both burgers instead of just the mini fillet burger, put in a chicken piece instead of the 2 wings without even asking me if that would be ok and the beans container was less than half full, with beans so dry they looked as though they'd been in the food heater for a couple of days! This has been my worst experience at a KFC to date - the best thing you can do is go to the Greenford or better yet the West Ealing branch instead. Oh and the chicken was very very salty as well. The staff were more worried about getting you out the door than getting your order right and I wish I could say that was understandable as it was really busy, but it wasn't at all, there were 3 other customers in there at the time and for a Friday night, that's surprising but after your visit may be not so surprising after all!
