If you are looking for a place to enjoy authentic Pakistani street food and beverages, look no further than Chaii Master in Hayes, London.
I had the pleasure of visiting this cosy and colourful cafe with a friend and we were blown away by the delicious and diverse dishes they offer. Here are some of the highlights of our meal:
Cheesy Chicken Samosa: These crispy and cheesy samosas were stuffed with tender chicken and served with a tangy chutney. They were the perfect appetiser to start our feast.
Dynamite Chips: Chaii Master Style: These were not your ordinary chips. They were loaded with chicken tikka, two kinds of cheese, street masala, herbs, and a spicy dynamite sauce. They were so flavourful and addictive that we couldnât stop munching on them.
Lamb Chapli Kebab Paratha Roll: This was one of my favourite dishes of the day. The lamb chapli kebabs were juicy and succulent, wrapped in a buttery paratha with a traditional sauce and salad. The paratha was made with desi ghee, which gave it a rich and flaky texture. The kebabs were seasoned with a secret blend of spices that made them irresistible.
Chicken Bun Kebab: This was a classic Pakistani street snack. The chicken bun kebab patty was moist and flavorful, sandwiched between a soft bun with a special chutney, coleslaw, and ketchup.
Classic Club Sandwich: This was a triple-layered sandwich that was packed with goodness. It had a black pepper chicken mixture, egg, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, and two kinds of cheese. It was served with street-style coleslaw and plain chips. It was a satisfying and hearty meal that filled us up.
We finished our meal with the best Karak chai in West London. Karak chai is a strong and aromatic tea that is brewed with masalas and milk. It was karaked to perfection, meaning it was boiled several times to achieve the optimal flavour and consistency. There are three different flavours: saffron, caramel, and honey.
I enjoyed the mango Shezan juice, which is a popular Pakistani brand of fruit juice. It was refreshing and sweet, and it went well with the spicy food.
I want to thank Dawood and Jawad for having us over. Dawood was so hospitable and friendly, and he made us feel at home. He also told us that they are opening a new branch in Hounslow soon, which is great news for all the fans of Chaii Master.

Read moreThe food was good. Nice and clean store, however I think they could have cleaned the tea dispenser a little bit more.
I was VERY dissapointed withthe service. I walked in on 17/06/24 morning time and both colleagues saw me walk in. They did not even think to acknlowedge me at first but when they did, they continued working. I waited for almost 5-6 minutes before being served. One was prepping food while the other was stiring a large pot. When a customer walks in, its best to acknowledge them and let them know that you will be a few moments. I had no problems in waiting but the fact that I was not acknowledged, its poor customer service.
Then, when collecting my food when it was ready - the person behind the till did not even say "you're food is ready" - all I heard was "here" and the order was put on the counter for me to collect.
After asking him kindly if they would cover the tea with cling film, they did so. However, he didn't acknowledge my request or say "Yes" or anything. Seems like he wasn't too happy with a SIMPLY request.
However, the food was really nice. But I will not be returning as a customer. I'm...
