Incoming Coffee — Restaurant in London

I visited today the shop to buy a box of coffee for a Xmas present (Sunday / 14:30) and the staff was distracted gossiping, they were not attentive and the wrapping they were offering me was looking bad and not as presentable as the other boxes (no string, no xmas card, pieces of paper stickers around the box). I had to insist to make the box look better, just as the others did. The place looks nice but the service ruins...

The first day we went to a place that had very poor service so the next day, when we came here to Incoming Coffee, we were amazed by how friendly the service was.
